Oratai’s cooking class is beyond just a culinary experience in Phuket. She is friendly, helpful, and also a great tourguide. Her cooking class is very informative and teaches you authentic Thai dishes. Everything she offered was very flexible and personal. She also went out of her way to introduce different locations for food, sightseeing in the area during our ride from the hotel to her kitchen! I would definitely find oratai again the next time I visit Phuket.

I was picked up at my hotel by Oratai in a very modern car we taken to the kitchen. We made several dishes an they were very Thai, really authentic. It was excellent.

We had a fantastic personal cooking lesson for 2 with Oratai. Even though you currently can’t book online, she is very easy to call and make arrangements. Her warm, friendly and personable approach will guarantee a fun, memorable and educational cooking class! She has the experience and passion to make this a great choice and of course you get to create and eat yummy Thai food! Without a doubt we would go back to learn more of the Oratai Thai twist!

Zeer gezellige en goede kookles gehad van deze geweldige dame! Zeker aan te raden! Zelfs voor mij (zw kok) was dit leerzaam en interessant, zelf een menu gekozen en in haar kookstudio 5 prachtige gerechten bereid, ik heb genoten en zitten smullen.

I had a great time during this class and actually learnt a lot (as much as you can) in the duration we had. It was nice learning about the different fresh herbs and ingredients used to make Thai food. The instructor was lovely and everything was well organised. I would defiantly go again if visit Phuket in the future.

Oratai was very good at explaining things and very enthusiastic. We all (me, my wife and two boys (12 & 7) had a fantastic time going to the market to select the ingredients and then cooking 4 awesome dishes. A fantastic experience with new skills learnt that we can use when we get back home.

This class was a definite highlight to our vacation. Chef was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The trip to the market to choose our own ingredients was an added extra. Excellent experience!

Did the 5 dish class with my husband and Oratai made it a fantastic experience for us, even got our 7 year old interested in having a go. Oratai's Pad Thai is the best I've ever had, so I can't wait to try it out when we get back home.Thank you so much Oratai, we would recommend you to anyone wanting to do a cooking class in Phuket 💋

One of the best experiences I had on our Phuket holiday! Oratai is awesome - coming from a family of chefs and being an experienced professional chef herself, she is also funny, warm and patient. She taught us many things about Thai food and produce as well as Thai culture in general. Oratai taught us about the ingredients and cooking methods in an easy to understand way. She also told us which other ingredients we can use to substitute those we might not be able to find back in our home country. When we accidentally requested to make a dish that was spicer than we could handle, Oratai taught us how to "fix" it! I also loved that we had a private lesson for two and that she was obsessed with cleanliness! All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend Oratai to anyone wanting to try a cooking class whilst on their holiday in Phuket. Thank you Oratai!

Sorry for the late reply i had been busy at work.
Yes with my cooking class you are able to choose your favorite Thai dishes to cook. With the expensive seafood's there would be a slight extra charge when we visit the market together.
