We were picked up on time, which is a bonus, the driver hardly said anything but did take a case, he walked us to the vehicle which was a not what was advertised when I booked!! At first it was in complete darkness and we asked him to turn on the lights so we could see to put the baby in the car seat.. which was too big, the car stunk of smoking, in was broken down inside very warn and not very clean, my eldest son was falling asleep and I didn’t even want his face to touch the seatbelt, no radio just white noise (broken radio) no air con, no mini bar no water, filthy and old, oh and no tv even thou the adviser told me there would be! And to top it off we never tipped as we were so disappointed the driver swore at us and Slammed his car door and wheel spun off when he dropped us off!! Would never use again!! Better paying tui for the private transfer which we did on the way back much better experience

Toller Service. 1 Tag vorher wurden wir nochmal kontaktiert bezüglich Flugnummer

Hat bei Ankunft gewartet bis
Wir von der Gepäckabgabe gekommen sind. Hat die Koffer verladen. Kostenloses Wasser wurde angeboten. Transfer war einwandfrei.

Abholung lief auch ohne Probleme kam pünktlich zur gewünschten Zeit. Transfer war auch wieder Spitze.

Würde ich jederzeit empfehlen und wieder so machen.

Пользовались услугами дважды, сентябрь 2021 и сентябрь 2022. Трансфер аэропорт Анталья - Гёйнюк - аэропорт Анталья. В аэропорту встреча с табличкой без опозданий. Один раз очень долго выгружали багаж, более 1 часа, водитель дождался, никакой дополнительной платы за лишние 15 минут ожидания в аэропорту не начислили. В отель машина приехала к назначенному времени, есть возможность связаться по телефону или WhatsApp с оператором, движение машин отслеживается компанией.

Brilliant service, comfortable, reliable and on time

Brilliant service, comfortable, reliable, on time and kind polite helpful driver. Fabulous service, nice ice cold water waiting and comfy ride.

Good price and brilliant communications.

Highly recommended.

Brilliant Service

Excellent service. Our outward flight was delayed by 7 hours and the company was very responsive to my emails. Driver was waiting and the vehicle was very clean and comfortable.
The driver was exactly on time for the return journey and I would 100% use Antalya Transfer Club again should I visit again.

be in time to pick up your client and answer the phone when your driver can not make it. very dispointed and especially when none is answering the phone after several attempts
