It was an unforgettable holiday in Erciyes.
We rented equipment from Carmen.
I needed to pick up boots and skis. I didn't remember my exact size.
Ruslan kindly agreed to help, and we found boots and skis on the first try.
They brought me up to date with what routes there were, gave me advice on how to navigate the area and how to move to different parts of the mountain.
Every morning I received excellent service and the most up-to-date information on working lifts.
Many thanks to the owner Akhmed for his information, manners and culture!
A very pleasant person to talk to.
In order to remember my skating technique and improve aspects, I turned to Ahmed for help.
He recommended the excellent instructor Suleiman.
During the first 1.5 hours of skating, Suleiman checked the technique, made adjustments and performed several exercises.
This was enough for me to go down the red and black slopes.
I've been to different ski resorts: Bukovel 🇺🇦, Dragobrat🇺🇦, Zakopanna 🇵🇱, Bialka Tatrzanska🇵🇱, Goderdzi🏴gliderzi🏴
Without exaggeration, I want to say that this was one of the best ski services.
I wish you good luck and prosperity.

It is a ski rental house where nice people work, with very caring staff and well-maintained ski equipment, but the hidden treasure of this place is the Legendary Veysel Hoca... Thanks to Veysel Hoca, our then 5-year-old daughter reached a certain level in skiing in a very short amount of time and her love for skiing developed. Veysel Hoca is a ski instructor who has a very high level of communication with children and really knows how to motivate them and when you listen to his life story, your respect for him increases even more. He has spent over a decade in Austria's top resort Lech am Arlberg all alone in the 70s, where he learned skiing and started as an Instructor. Then he moves to other resorts in Swiss and Italian Alps. Our daughter did not want to take off her skis again after her first ski session with Veysel Hoca. If you have small children, I would recommend Veysel Hoca alone, although nowadays his son Yigit who is a former national skier has been giving more lessons, I think he is the real legend of Mount Erciyes that truly deserves his name, with his sincerity and humility as well as his ski training. Thank you very much, legendary Veysel Hoca.

We visited the Erciyes ski resort in February 2023. We loved it! Good slopes, great weather. At the Carmen rental they helped us a lot, they picked out the equipment and gave us all the advice and gave us tea. We want to come again next season!

Karmen Ski & Snowboard rental has everything you need for a day on the slopes at Mount Erciyes from ski equipment (a wide selection of ski trousers, jacket, boots, skis, helmets, glasses, gloves) or snowboarding gear (if that’s your thing!). Your experience will start with a warm welcome from Efsane Veysel Hoca (the most amazing, patient and knowledgeable ski instructor) and staff at the store with a hot Turkish tea or Nescafé - if you wish! The attentive team will then get you ready and equipped for a day out on the slopes.
I strongly recommend taking ski lessons with Efsane Veysel Hoca to take you through the basics and slowly build up your confidence to get the most out of your Ski holiday. Efsane Veysel Hoca is kind, knowledgeable and patient and most importantly does not give up on his students! I am eternally grateful for his time and patience which now means that I have grasped the basics of skiing and can ski without the use of aids! If I can learn to ski (someone with no roller blading, in line skating or ice skating experience), anyone can (all thanks to the expert guidance of Efsane Veysel Hoca).
