I have been here on April 14, 22, and I had kinda good, The mall is kinda Huge and comfy, however, you feel it's still missing something!
I Did visit a couple of stores there, Danube and Carrefour.
Unfortunately, they haven’t delivered the items until today, and the worst part is the lousy customer service, who did nothing but promise me to solve the issue without any follow-up action,

A very big mall in Al Ain.
Coffee shops and restaurants.
This mall is in the center of Al Ain therefore it is very busy and crowded. You must have a green pass in the Al Hosn app to enter the Mall. Starbucks is located at the main entrance of the Mall.
Ample parking space is available. Wheelchair accessible.

It was my favorite mall in Al Ain. During 7 years every weekend I visited it alone, with friends, with family. Usually spend a lot of money, 600-1000 dirhams per visit, especially in Centerpoint and Carrefour. But today, when I was making small video with my sister, one bossy security stopped me. It was ground floor, near Farmacy in front of Carrefour exit. Even I showed to this guy that it only my and my sister faces, he was in very rude way speaking with me to delete this video. Many people around me were making many videos and pictures for enjoy the day and the mall. But why I should erase my video, our hello to my mother, which I did not see long time because of virus situation??? You must be equal for all people. Also here, in google are many reviews with pictures. Interesting, how people made it if it's not allowed to do any pictures or videos?
Please, think about this point, because I don't have a mood now to come again to Jimi Mall and enjoy my life there. Also good idea to teach your staff how to speak normal way with visitors. And last what security should do, to put his nose to my private pictures.

I make order and delivery take 80 minutes to arrived.
The details were that when I make order on KFC website and it was supposed to be not more within 45 minutes, After 50 minutes I called them and they told me that after half an hour will arrive because of a mistake from the branch.

Since the extension opened this is a far better mall. There is now a cinema with dine in options and more shops. On the far side are the furniture emporiums selling the sort of bedroom sets that would induce nightmares in the sensitive. A few decent dining options but mostly food court offering little imaginative. Large Carrefour supermarket. Plenty of parking but watch for beggars. Loads around. Security hopeless at getting rid of them.

We went here right after we went to bawadi! The mall looked super big from the outside but small in the inside. 2 floors. We first ate. There was lots of restaurants. After that we went shopping. We got lost in the expansion area. We found our way after 30 minutes. The mall was modern and clean. The staff was nice. I loved it there!

As everyone says one roof mall with different shops in from groceries to perfumes and clothes with a pharmacy. I would recommend to pass by if you are looking for gifts in a small area , also there is extending for the mall from the other side but the place is still new so not many cafes and shops out there . They just need to put cameras on the parkings as there is a board says they are bot responsible about the parks ... also it has a place for children to play indoor
