We had gone for a day trip there in June end, must say amazing place the temperature drops down to 6-7 degree in comparison to city, cool breeze with beautiful views, amazing points to relax, do picnic barbeque. Will go back again.

The road trip to Jabal Jais is amazing, with beautiful stop points and camping spots along the way. We were there for a day trip but an overnight camping trip is the thing to do. The deck park is a very nice place to spend time at and you can go for a short hike as well. It's the must to do road journey in UAE, scenic, serene and full of discovery. At all points amenities are well placed like washrooms etc.

Stunning views from the mountain of the mountain range … really beautiful. There were also plenty of viewing areas along the way where you can stop and rest. Worth the drive ❤️

It was very good and amazing place to hang out. Me and my wife enjoyed the whole night and morning at the Jabel Jais. It was very cold though. Recommend to wear good warm clothes. We went around 11 PM at night, did barbeque and spent night at tent. And there was the most awaited Sunrise timing. It was unforgettable.

We liked it, only mountains can be better than mountains. The daughter said that the canyons are the same as in America.To get to the site to the restaurant and Zipline you need to pre-register (Zipline ticket or deposit restaurant), otherwise you get to the checkpoint, and turn around.

Peaceful and beautiful place away from everything less than an hour from Ras Al Khaimah.

Jebel Jais is a place you must visit in UAE. I was staying an hour away and hired a private driver through the hotel to take me here. We stopped at the viewing deck which is only a few AED to access and has a car park. I went during Ramadan so it was quiet. At one point I had the whole viewing deck to myself, making it a unique and peaceful experience, giving time to soak up the views. There’s even a small playground with swings, a slide, and climbing frames at the top. I can imagine it being really busy and a different experience during busy season. I came in March, sunshine keeps you fairly warm, worth having a sweater to hand too.

Breathtaking view I recommend for a small getaway for two hours or more to quite up your mind and enjoying the beautiful view of mountains

Hi, I'm planning to rent a bike and ride up there. I'll be living in Dubai, so I'll need to rent a car and park it somewhere. What about parking along the road? Is it allowed and safe? Can I leave my car somewhere on Jails road? Another option?

thank you sherpa149 for confirming the team provides transportation between activities. thats really helpful to know. Im trying to work out my times required to book. The kids want to do the zip wires, Via Ferrata or high ropes and the sledge if we can book them. Not sure how best to work out times to book each and the best order to book the activities. Im concerned that I will book with a couple of hours between activities and find we arrive at the next to late to do it. Have you moved between activities and if yes can you indicate the times to get from end of one to the next and how long to allow for each? Thank you so much

My family are keen to visit Jebel Jais and do the activities to include Zip wire, High ropes, Sledges and possibly a normal hike on one of the routes if time.
I wonder if anyone can help me to know the best order to do the activities and how close to each other they are to get to the next activity.
Can you complete one activity and easily get to the start of another? Is there transport or is it walkable. The car will possibly be parked at the top of Jebel Jais by a Resturant or cafe as mum won't zip wire?
How much time should be planned for each activity including getting between them?
Is there a best order to do the activities to make sure we are time efficiant? Are the activities close to the 1484 By Puro or
