Great atmosphere and view. Traffic is bit too much. But at the end it is all worth it. Do stay overnight and enjoy BBQ.

it's an amazing experience to even reach the top, the temperature in the late evening is unbelievably pleasant, and the views from the top are jaw-dropping.

Wir haben eine RAK Tour über Dubai-Privat mit Marion gebucht, die zu Anfang zur Zipline auf den höchsten Berg der VAE führte. Schöne Sehenswürdigkeit und ein tolles Ausflugsziel. Sehr exzellente Betreuung durch die dortigen Guides, was das Zipline Erlebnis einzigartig macht.
Ein Dank nochmal an Marion, die mit ihrer Expertise und Freundlichkeit uns den Tag versüßte. Nur zu empfehlen!!

This has got to be one of the best experience I’ve ever had at the UAE. This is a must for anyone visiting the UAE!! Packed with adrenaline and offering some of the most scenic views of the mountains!! Will definitely go back to experience this again.!

Excellent view of glamorous mountains , gifts of nature
Safe roads to drive keep in mind you are climbing to an altitude
Reasonable space to park once you reach on top
If you’re driving down after sunset, make sure driving carefully as lights not available in few kilometers (was not available when i was driving in April 23) however good roads , single lane many areas

When the mountain calls I obey….. I’m a lover of hiking and ascending the mountain to me is a yes thing to do …. This is because there’s never the most amazing view like that at the mountain top

The mountains are rugged and treeless. The drive is beautiful with a fantastic road connection from RAK. The world's longest zipline is a must do for adventure seekers. The Sledder ride is also available from parking area of the zipline. It is a longer ride than expected. The view from the boarding point of zipline is amazing with the blue still water of the Persian gulf visible 1.5 km below the mountains.

What a beautiful scenic road! There are about a dozen viewpoint stops along the way as well as a private area facing Westward that would give you a great vantage point of a sunset if you can time it properly (small fee applies).
Ensure you are in L/B gear heading downhill as the decline is quite steep. If you plan to be there after sunset, bring a light jacket as it gets noticeably cold, even in summer.

Toboggan run great fun. Good safety precautions all along track, both going up to start and down. Well maintained. Good value - discount if pay for 3 runs. Also other adventure activities and great views, and food, from the summit restaurant

thank you sherpa149 for confirming the team provides transportation between activities. thats really helpful to know. Im trying to work out my times required to book. The kids want to do the zip wires, Via Ferrata or high ropes and the sledge if we can book them. Not sure how best to work out times to book each and the best order to book the activities. Im concerned that I will book with a couple of hours between activities and find we arrive at the next to late to do it. Have you moved between activities and if yes can you indicate the times to get from end of one to the next and how long to allow for each? Thank you so much

My family are keen to visit Jebel Jais and do the activities to include Zip wire, High ropes, Sledges and possibly a normal hike on one of the routes if time.
I wonder if anyone can help me to know the best order to do the activities and how close to each other they are to get to the next activity.
Can you complete one activity and easily get to the start of another? Is there transport or is it walkable. The car will possibly be parked at the top of Jebel Jais by a Resturant or cafe as mum won't zip wire?
How much time should be planned for each activity including getting between them?
Is there a best order to do the activities to make sure we are time efficiant? Are the activities close to the 1484 By Puro or

Yes it is, we did it last month Just make sure you choose a good spot close to toilets and have enough of very warm clothing and strong tents as it can get very cold and stormy. carry lots of food water and all essentials.
