Wonderful place and lovely cats. Nice owners and nice helpers. The cats sit on your lap so sweet. It a great morning or afternoon out. Bring cat treats

Absolute kitty heaven! My partner and I visited today and were made to feel very welcome by both the staff and the cats! They are all very sweet and you can see they are given the best care possible. I can’t rate this place highly enjoy! I hope we can come back soon.

I lived in Hoi An for two months and I particularly enjoyed coming to this Cat cafe. They have more than 100 cats. The owner makes such a great effort to ensure that all cats are living their best life until they go to their forever homes. If you're planning to visit the cafe, make sure you first reserve a spot on their website as they have limited space and time to be with the cats.

Jack's Cafe is a great place to relax in Hoi An. They are doing an amazing work with rescued cats, and they need support to do it. So, they runs this cafe. You can go there and have a couple of beers or juices, have a delicious vegetarian food and play with the cats. Is so good! For animal's lovers this is a must to do.

This place is amazing and I am so happy there is an organisation in hoi an looking out for kitties! They are all looked after so well and it’s a beautiful safe sanctuary for the cats to live peacefully. I could have stayed here all day!

This courtyard cafe offers you a chance to mingle with some cute rescue kitties, as well as a couple of resident pooches. The volunteers are friendly and caring about animal welfare in Vietnam.
Your nominal 100,000 dong (USD$4) entrance fee includes a free drink. There's also an affordable vegan menu.
You do need to book ahead, via Facebook, but it's easy to do.
Tip: don't expect it to be like commercial cat cafes. These are rescue cats and this is a charity. That said, it's definitely worth stopping by.

we could have stayed for hours we went back the next day it really is a fantasic place and the food was inexpensive and really tasty. the people who run it and the helpers are kind people we told some friends in the UK and they are going later this year

Loved this place! So relaxing and charming. This is a rescue cat (domestic) sanctuary in a suburban part of Hoi An, about 5 min cab ride or 30 min walk from Old Town. There are 90+ rescued cats here, although you will probably only see about 30 at a time. They are super chill and friendly (the workers are, too!). They sell food and drinks (beer and wine, too). Yiu can also donate or sponsor a cat if you want. We loved it there - special shout out to Phillip and Rosy!

Dear staff of Jack's Cat Cafe and volunteer,
As you have a lot of lovely cats, I wish to come to your Cafe to have a drink and snacks, but I checked the uber and they don't have the service
to take the customer from Hoi An Emotion Hotel and Villa to your Cafe, I am queries if your Cafe is very far from Hoi An Ancient Town .

Uber is not reliable. If you want to visit ask the driver to go to 12 Le Hong Phong. From here cross the road and go down the small side street and the entrance is the first big house on the right with the green door.

Visit their Facebook page or website to book an appointment to visit Jack's cat cafe. They only allow a certain amount of visitors at one time so the cats are comfortable. This is a great cause and to guarantee a spot to visit click on their book now link on their Facebook page and follow very simple instructions to see what time and date they have available for your visit.
