我们非常幸运地请到了Trang作为我们的导游和烹饪指导，她真的太棒了。我们在市场上买了所有的农产品，从为什么和用哪种香草，不同的牛肉和猪肉，到寻找和挑选最好的海鲜Trang都我们好好的解释了一番。然后我们愉快地乘船沿河而行，然后乘坐一艘小一点的船到达我们的目的地，这给我们增加了一种奇妙的体验。烹饪课包括4道菜，除了肉汤，每道菜都是单独做的。在做每道菜之前，Trang都会做详细的示范和讲解。煮熟后，吃着自己煮的东西其乐无穷。多么美好的一天。谢谢你，Trang，我们一家人玩的很开心。强烈推荐。

我订了当天晚上的课。我们的导师和厨师桑尼从我的旅社接我，然后我们乘船到达了目的地。食物很棒，阳光很好，总让你不感到无聊。她人很好，每道菜都解释的很棒。如果你在会安待上几天，我强烈推荐你去那里玩半天——体验很棒。

I attended the cooking class and was blew away by my creation! Confined at home now keen to try the recipe at home! However I've forgotten Pho Bo Ha Noi using which bone part, can anybody shed some light please :D

Hello, your son can join our class for free and he can share a cooking station with you, or if he is just observing, he can enjoy the demo dishes that the chef makes. Please book directly with us to arrange the most suitable date for your family.

The one I took was from 8:30 to 1:30pm (5h) if I remember correctly, and there is a class in the afternoon also.
