A Buddah unlike any others

Visited the Temple and Pagoda and what an experience. There was active prayer happening when we visited, which was lovely to witness. The chanting and practices are very different to my religious upbringing and a precious moment to experience.

The female Buddah is huge and it is was a nice treat to be able to walk inside and climb the steps to view the beautiful scenes painted on the various levels. On the climb there were some nice views of elephant falls.

The grounds also enclose a massive Happy Buddah statue and a garden filled with miniature buddah statues. Almost like a warrior army (which is quite ironic)!

A nice stop either on the way to or way from Pongour Falls.

Amazing Female Buddha

Awesome place. The 71m female Buddha is just amazing. You can climb close to the top from the inside for a view. Laughing Buddha is on same grounds, all close to elephant waterfall so would definitely visit here.

the Buddha is happy

The temple is right next to the Elephant Falls but most tourists give it a miss. There is a huge Buddha that was only constructed in recent years. If you have seen lots of temples don't bother checking this one off of your list

U této pagody jsme se zastavili po návštěvě Elephant waterfall. Je to hned vedle. Moc pěkné, klidné místo s chrámem. Doporučuji navštívit.

Менее чем в 30 км от центра города Далат расположена Linh An Pagoda. Она стоит на высоком холме, обращенная фасадом к Слоновьему водопаду. Известно, что пагода Линь Ан в Далате была построена аббатом по имени Тич Там Ви в 1993 году
Во внутреннем дворе расположена статуя Цюань Ам, а за ней главное здание пагоды, к которому ведут множество ступеней с парой больших драконов по бокам. В главном зале есть 5 Будд: в центре Будда Шакьямуни, Будда Амитабхи, Будда Медицины; справа - статуя Стандартной Мысли, слева - статуя Тхиен Тху Тхиен Нхан Цюань Амю. За пагодой находится статуя Будды Майтреи высотой 12,5 м, и шириной 6 метров 50 см. Особенность статуи в животе Будды, разделенном на 3 этажа для демонстрации и места встречи Сангхи. Перед храмовым двором находится статуя буддийской богини Куан-Ам, которая на момент посещения реставрировалась .Место очень атмосферное!

Nice pagoda

Quite a nice ride to see this pagoda and it is next to Elephant Falls. So you can combine two attractions on the same trip and even stop in at Chua Van Duc and visit the big white Buddha on the way.

Excellent Pagoda

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and quiet of this beautiful Pagoda. I'm sure we have attractions like this somewhere near home, but this was absolutely beautiful. It was also wonderful to see the local people come to pay tribute to Buddha. A very reflective and special experience!

Prachtige pagode % reuze happy Buddha

Een mooie pagode dichtbij de Elefant Falls dus goed te combineren. Er is genoeg te zien, grote beelden zowel buiten als binnen. Buiten zijn de allergrootste buddha aan het bouwen van het land, momenteel is er even geen geld meer dus wanneer deze af zal zijn?? Naast de pagode staat de reuze happy buddha, een plaatje!

Beautiful Pagoda!

This pagoda is right by elephant falls so you can combine the trips into one. I thought elephant falls were nice but the pongour falls are much better and easier to access. The pagoda is a beautiful place to visit and you can walk through the different buildings. Be respectful and observe those places to remove shoes or not take photographs. We spent about 1.5 hours at this Pagoda. Very nice tour.
