I did a one day trip with Vu A. as my Easy Rider. We did the Hai Van Pass, as I wanted to do. In addition Motorvina recommended City of the Dead, Marble Mountains and other sights as well. I felt very comfortable and safe during the whole day. Vu are very knowledgeable and good at explaining things we see. Highly recommended.

The address on google and motorvina’s website is incorrect. The correct address is “98 Nguyen Dang Dao street, Da Nang” which is located in a CityPost shop in a residential street.
I recommend emailing Motorvina the day before hire to confirm pickup time and location, I couldn’t pickup my bike until 11:30am.
Also be prepared for bag delivery to be delayed, mine arrived in Hue the following morning.
However, the bikes are very good condition and a smooth ride.

We rent one semi-manual motorbike to drive from da nang to dong hoi in 4 days with minimal baggages. So motorvina transported our stuff to there and everything worked fine. We got our stuff back and a phone number to our man (Hai) to get any support if needed during the ride.
There were two bad things:
- the address we should bring back our bikes was not exact (google maps did not find it exactly). We searched for a time but we got awesome support. Maybe motorvina should send coordinates instead of addresses.
- it's very expensive. We paid for this 1.6 M VND. We learnt later that this was way too much. The salesman started with 2M. Later we talked with locals they said it should cost between 500k and 1M not more.
But we were lucky that everything works nicely. Maybe it's our fault that we paid this much... But we're learning. ;)

We rented 3 bikes from Motorvina Da Nang for one day to drive the Hai Van pass. Great customer service, easy pick up and drop and the bikes were new and in great condition. The owner was very friendly and offered us great advice. Would highly recommend this company.

Ran was super nice and offered me a sleak bike! She was very helpful and I will recommend getting a bike from her. She assists you in every possible way and goes out of her way to assist.

My boyfriend and I rented 2 Kawasaki Versys 300's in Da Nang for 3 days. We had a fantastic time, the bikes were in good condition and ran well (tires were pretty bald, only negative but it was OK). Paneers and bungees included. We were easily able to each fit our large packs and smaller backpack with room to spare.
Left one passport with them plus a 2,000 usd deposit for both bikes. I recommend takin a video/pictures of the bike when you pick it up, they didn't do a walk through before we left with the bikes. It was fine at the end but I'd have that just in case.
If you care about having a decent helmet, bring your own, the ones they provide are all very cheap, in questionable condition, and didn't fit well. Maybe recommend bringing a bandana and goggles as well.
All in all it was a good experience and I'd recommend booking through Motorvina.

Motorvina is incredible! Zet is very good at English and will help you to make sure you have everything you need for your rental. They will even input all the must see stops on your google maps for you and save the link in your notes so you can access it whenever you need! Additionally, they will transfer your luggage to your destination so you don’t have to ride with a heavy bag. I had an amazing time on the Hai Van Pass, highly recommend!

Great trip on motorcycles from Da Nang to Hue guided by Yo. Part of the trip was rainy and wet but Yo was well prepared with rain jacket and pants for us both. My partner wasn’t super comfortable on a motorcycle prior to the trip but Yo was very accommodating and helped her feel at ease. He took us to all the off the beaten path locations feed us local delicious food and coffee. This is a must do activity when in Vietnam.
