Started quite slow and till you get the armed guide took some time but we had time and we did the afternoon walk so it took some walking and was hot and i was about to say we will see nothing. Then we saw the first rhino and that was so close and quite wow, bit further were more and that made it even better on way back you see more animals as well. Water and coke as drinks and a banana cake in the break at the end.

Well organized walking safari to track rhinos in small national park near Livingston. Our guide "Skinny" was a superb teacher who explained all facets and strategies in tracking rhinos. We successfully and safely found mother and baby rhinos.

I booked to do the walking safari today and the
Company forget about the booking, which I had already paid for, so I was unable to go
I am absolutely disgusted and really upset by this as I was so looking forward to the experience
I would not recommend this company they do not know what customer service is about, they are totally unprofessional and this situation is extremely unacceptable

Two weeks of unforgettable experiences in Africa and this was up there with the best. Booked through Saf Par and guide was Skinny (very knowledgable fun guy) and driver Matthew. This activity is curiously not pushed hard by Saf Par but was great value compared to other activities. The trip itself? One walks 2-3 km through bush and encounter 10 white rhino including babies within 50 metres distance. Wow!
Then we did the game drive through the park home so saw a bunch of extra game as a bonus.
Highly recommended.

Just raving about this trip which is worth every $. Kangwa was so informed, articulate, funny and sensitive: you could tell he loves his job. We had the good fortune to see loads of game and as we were so lucky they generously waited for our group to take photos. Footprints, dung, birdlife, plantlife, animal behaviour anecdotes, and of course an abundance of animals. We were very we looked after by Hendrix and Thomas. A bonus was they drive slowly even when heading for the national park

We had a wonderful walking tour to see the rhinos. Our guide worked with the park officials to learn where the rhinos were last seen. We were able to walk to the area and find the rhinos fairly quickly. We saw 7 of the 10 rhinos in the park. The baby rhino was amazing to watch! He was just like any baby animal, frolicking in the area. The guide and official were careful to optimize our viewing ability while staying safe. This was a highlight of an amazing 12-day trip.

What a wonderful activity to do! We were collected and driven by Thomas to where our walk started in the Park. A fabulous two-hour walk through the bush where our excellent and knowledgeable guide, Kangwa, showed us and told us very interesting facts about the bush, besides the birds and animals, his knowledge of trees, spoor, shrubs, dung, and insects etc. is outstanding!!! And to top it all, we found the Rhino!! Yay!!! THANK YOU LIVINGSTONE WALKING SAFARIS - You are the ORIGINAL walking safari company in Livingstone and the ONLY company anyone should use when planning your walking safari. Not only that, Jenny, the owner, also arranged all our other activities too!!! Thank you a Jenny!! You’re amazing!!!

I really enjoyed the walk paired with the humorous teaching moments with our guide Kangwa. My aim was to see rhinos and that we did. We saw 6 Rhinos up close and learned a lot about nature and wild life in this part of the world. On the walk and on the drive back we saw giraffes and zebras, warthogs, wildebeest and many many impala.
Booking, pick up, the walk itself, the breaks with amazing home made goods and the drop off back at the hotel - everything was easy going and I felt so well cared for. This morning was totally worth every dollar I spent on it. Thank you so much to everyone involved!

The only reason for taking this safari was to see the protected rhinos. Absolutely fantastic safari. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for rhino viewing.

There are many companies that offer a game drive/walk in this park. The visit offers an interesting insight into the culture and practices of the local people as well as an opportunity to view, up close, the White Rhino.
Our guide was a tracker and teacher who provided information on medicinal plants, uses for animal droppings, and tracking tips. The hi-light was approaching seven of the nine rhinos that live in the park as they slumbered under some trees.
