营业时间8:30-17:00，可以购买别府动物园门票加丛林巴士跟别府到动物园的公车来回套票，但如果要询问问题要到对面的information柜台，此处只能用日文问问题

位于JR别府站闸门口旁边，早上8:30即开始服务旅客。
服务人员非常亲切，有贩售别府一带的相关旅游套票，善加利用可节省不少旅费，值得前来参考看看。

如果没有于酒店内使用早餐，可以考虑到别府车站综合观光介绍所逛，以及享用早餐，入面亦有几间美味的餐厅，邻近亦有风景可参观。

别府车站综合观光介绍所就在别府车站旁边, 很易就找到。
很友好的服务员, 对我们解释得很详细, 而且又有地图和时间表, 非常好。

I have visited the African Safari website. It mentions that we cannot book the jungle bus ticket during August 11-15. (Japanese Holiday) We can only buy the ticket inside the park.
There is a African Safari package ticket selling in beppu Train Station Travel Centre. (Including round trip bus ticket + entrance fee + jungle bus ticket)
Is it still available within Aug 11-15 ? Can we use it within this period?

I have a Long siZe luggage that I would like to place at train station on Sunday 8apr while I travel to Yufuin and back within the same day.
May I know if it’s possible and what are the charges involved as my luggage is a long type unlike the usual size cargo bag.

I may be wrong but I believe there is luggage storage but unsure abt the maximum size. The rate is usually around 400yen.

Hi! We are interested in renting bicycles. Could you provide a list of bicycle rental shops? We would be renting about 5 bicycles for day time riding just to get around Beppu.

Beppu is a small town. I guess you can rent bicycles once you arrived in Beppu.
