Le bus-limousine venu de l’aéroport s'y arrête. A 10 min à pied du Musée de la Paix, ses jardins, le Dôme et 10 min du Hondori/galerie. Accueil professionnel efficace (sans plus). Petite chambre mais très confortable (lit king size/excellente literie).
Poin faible le Room service : J'arrive au Japon impatiente de manger des soba ou ramen; déception, aucun plat japonais sur le menu. J’ai donc commandé des spaghettis mais... pas d’explication sur le menu. Il a fallu que 4 employés se succèdent au téléphone pour savoir que ces « spaghettis là » étaient aux légumes ! Si le personnel ne connait pas la composition des plats (ou l'anglais), l'indiquer sur le menu simplifierait la communication. Après 30 heures de voyage, on attend à plus de fluidité dans le service.

오카이도 상점가 바로 앞, 미츠코시 옆, 전차역 바로 앞이라 위치가 매우 좋음. 단점은 대욕장이 없다는 것, 장점은 개별 욕실의 욕조가 넓다는 것. 반스이소를 내려다보는 뷰도 좋음. 컨시어지가 친절했지만 영어는 잘 못하는 편. Aimi 상이 스시야 예약이나 호텔로 택배 받는 것 등을 많이 도와주어서 편리하게 이용했다.

Expected some benefit when I booked two twin rooms for a family trip
But no room-upgrade and only two small bottles of water was given for each room per night.
Also there’s no suite lounge, no sauna, no swimming pool but only room and restaurant they have.
Located in the shopping mall building.
I regret that I booked this one instead of ryokan or spring hotel.
If u are planning a family trip to matsuyama i won’t recommend this hotel.

A pochi passi dall'albergo dove soggiornavo a Matsuyama un centro commerciale che non è soltanto riservato a negozi di moda ma a qualsiasi negozio che più o meno può interessare un turista. Mi avevano segnalato all'interno un paio di negozi d'antichità, ma chi l'ha fatto ha confuso artigianato con antiquariato. Non è grande ed molto simile a molti altri presenti nei grandi hotel.

ANAホテルの近くでは比較的高級で、比較的早い時間に閉店しています。モールは西洋的な感じでかなり強い。
