Θέα μοναδική. Αξίζει να ανέβει κάνει στη χαρισσα. Ίσως ως εμπειρία να είναι ακόμα πιο ωραία με το τελεφερίκ, εμεις πήγαμε με το αυτοκίνητο. Ήταν ο καιρός πλυ συννεφιασμένος βροχερός και μάλλον γιαυτό δεν είχε κόσμο και απολαύσαμε την τοποθεσία.

So peaceful and beautiful... you can see the beautiful bay of Jounieh and also Beirut... at night is totally different ... ! The status of the lady must to see and also the small church below.. to be visited for sure.. and I you can use the funicular to go up from Jounieh sea side...!

Υπεροχη εκκλησια και υπεροχη θεα απο υψομετρο 600 μετρων περιπου 20 χιλιομετρα περιπου εξω απο τον Βυρητο! Καλο θα ηταν να ανεβειτε με το τελεφερικ. Να ειστε ηρεμοι χωρις φασαρια αλλιως θα σασ κανουν παρατηρηση και με το δικιο τους! Εχει εξω καταστημα με σουβενιρ!

On accède au sanctuaire en voiture, à pied ou en téléphérique. Le site accueille de nombreux pèlerins, de toutes religions. L'ambiance est très reposante, avec musique calme. le lieu surplombe la baie de Jounieh. C'est un endroit emplit de calme et de sérénité, bien différent de la vie trépidante du bord de mer de Jounieh .

Helt otrolig upplevelse och mycket vackra byggnader med en fantastisk utsikt. Tänk på att som kvinna respektera att du inte kan gå med bara armar och ben. Vid ingången delas kappa ut om du inte har rätt klädsel

We passed by this holy place after Paragliding Club Thermique. It's just 3 minutes away by car. We actually flew above it with pilot Elie Mansour and he suggested that we pass by to visit this amazing place. And glad we did :)

This is the one of the most important religious site in Lebanon dedicated to Virgin Mary. The statue of Mary overlooks the Jounieh Bay. We are allowed to climb up. However, it is very narrow on top so you just have to be patient and wait for your turn. The views at the top are beautiful. Worth going up.

catholic church located on a hill with good views of the city of beirut. You can climb up to the top of the dome and the views are even better
