Just had the indulgence package for me and my friend (who has never had a massage before). Best massage I’ve ever had - danni had a real good go on all my knots 😂. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go again.

Had a cleansing facial and foot massage- both excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Felt very relaxed and would definitely visit again.

I went to the new branch in East Ledang and it was a perfect spa day.. relaxing and beautiful ambience, amazing staff and therapists, and the best massage I have had in a long time. It was a really nice treat and I will surely be back to try more of their services. I also had a foot spa and pedicure and my feet felt perfectly pampered. I must say, the pedicure was done with care and I could barely even feel it being done.

At first glance on its ambient. I just feel in love . This people who are working here a truly professional. They just know what they are dealing with. Khun Anna... Thank you for your help. The stress pain on lower right back is now gone. I feel relieved now and yeah..the ginger tea was superb. Thanks for my friend who recomended this place. As i m just stayinvg nearby here in bukit indah, this is going to be my routine spa for a good massage and relax over.
Thanks to Claire ( saw it from the visiting card) or who ever is admistrating place. Thanks you for keeping this place genuine and full with positive vibes. Just feel so connected here. Thanks Khun Anna and i shall see u next month on my next massage session. Hope your available.

My wife and myself have been regulars here. The spa has a nice, relaxing ambience and the service & experience have always exceeded our expectations every single time we visit. We usually take the couple aromatherapy massage and it really hits the sore spots for us both. Recommended for all those wanting a good, relaxing massage in the heart of bukit indah which is not so run of the mill!

Every time if I visited Bukit Indah, I would come to this Spa for relexation. I really enjoy the ambiance and services that they have rendered. The rooms and the towels were neat and clean. Their therapists were friendly and skillful. After the treatment, I felt calm with great relief. Highly recommended!

When visiting Johor I try to always book a Thai Massage at Urban Escape. The parking is free, the rooms and facilities are clean and the business is straight forward. The massage therapists are professional and the desk service is very accommodating with scheduling.

Nice and cozy ambience.
Fantastic service with warm and friendly staff. Massage is awesome making you feeling great and fully energised after each massage.
Good for family. Will bring along our teenage daughters who love the massage too.
Been patronising this spa for many years!

On top of all to Claire for leading the team. Never once disappointed with their service...

I had a pre-natal massage and my husband had a Swedish massage last weekend. Ambience was good, therapists were professional and very polite. Unlike some other spas, we were not disturbed by other patrons walking in or out or therapists talking among themselves during our massage.
The whole process felt a little "no frills" as I would have appreciated a cold towel upon arrival, or a hot towel to wipe off excess massage oil after the massage, or similar courtesy gestures.
Overall, a good experience.

For the price we paid, is not worth. Masseur skill is average and cannot exert the right pressure. Also did not wash the hands to wash off the oil before massaging my head. U r paying more for the facilities than the service.
