A little more expensive than the others. Had a 90 minute massage. Started off with a foot scrub before being led away to a private room. Clean, dim lighting and relaxing music. Was given 2 hot teas during my 90 minute massage. Good pressure but could have been firmer. My masseuse was friendly and soft spoken.

The massage was the worst I ever had, she spent 1 hour just using her elbow to massage my leg, back and shoulder. It was painful.

Masseuse only speak Thai. She could not understand that I didn't want her to spend so much time on my shoulder blade and the area around it. I kept on tapping on my leg indicating to her that I want more work on my legs but she could not understand me. Now it's difficult for me to turn my head or bend my head down. My advice is for customers to tell the receptionist to speak in Thai to the masseuse about what you need. Otherwise you may not get what you need. Very upsetting. I paid rm167 plus Rm10 tip. Now I have to get someone else to correct this problem she created. Not going back there anytime soon. Not value for money.

Today I tried the Thai Herbal Therapy. It was super relaxing and really good. Definitely 5 star rating for cleanliness, technique, and ambience!

We went back recently to this establishment after a 2-year hiatus due to the Covid border closure. This time the massage was excellent. We are regulars at this place and this was the best massage ever. There were only a few Thai masseurs available and the two assigned to us were very skilled. As usual, the place was clean, well maintained and service was good. Thai Odyssey also honoured my package payment that was paid upfront before Covid struck in 2019.

This Spa is the worst in Kuala Lumpur. They are not reliable. The service of Heally is a desaster. Don’t try this out.

This massage joint is very clean and spacious. It's also very classy with very nice thai decorations. I opt for the 1 hr massage which costs around 128RM. Upon checking in, we were brought to a corner to soak our legs in a tub of salt water. Then the staffs will dry our feet and then to proceed to our rooms. The staffs are all very friendly and professional. But in terms of massage skills in which i had tried 3 different massuers were quite normal only.

Had been fans of this massage chain for many years. Majority of the staff are pleasant and excellence in service . Did come across 1 or 2 average one at times. Overall very good, including reception staff. Highly recommended.

Having visited 2 different Thai Odyseey massage outlets in 2 different malls in JB, I found both to provide good services. I enjoy the foot massages and will try to book a slot whenever I visit City Square. It will cost slightly more as compared to massage outlets outside shopping malls but you can be assured of the service quality from the Thai Odyssey chains.

After the MCO curbs have been lifted in April 2022, is this chain still open?
Went to the branch in MidValley Southkey mall. Level 4, but seems to have permanently closed
Any assistance appreciated, as we have a package deal with them
