Went for just a wash and blow. They wash anyhow and charge me extra 15 ringgit for washing and instead blowing they curled up my hair. My hair look miserable than before. Very very disappointed coz I came with 2 babies. Running for time and still this people ruin the setting of my hair. Don't go u will end up disappointed!!!

A huge mall with almost everything you need. However the state of the baby nursing rooms and toilets are terrible. Kids attractions like arcade and indoor playground was unattractive. Only positive is that there's not much people hence we are able to explore the mall at leisure pace and not feel rushed.

Used to live in JB 2 decades ago and Kemayan City was a famous landmark then, for the wrong reasons. Then WCT came into the picture, reviving the abandoned project.
This was my first time in the rejuvenated mall and I was surprised the whole place was lively despite it was just early Friday morning. Lots of shops and restaurants on all floors. All the famous retail brands have a presence there. There's even an ice skating rink.
Parking wasn't expensive. I can't remember how long I was in the mall but I paid only RM3.30.

I am reviewing this cafe HWG. It is a coffee outlet in this mall and the decor and coffee is superb. The cup used is of good quality and unique. I hope they will start opening more outlets in every mall.

Mall carpark has lots of parking, very convenient.
Mall itself is very big, I feel that although it is slightly smaller than Mid valley, but the sheer number of shops and entertainment stores is more than enough to keep a family with young kids engaged.
Food options are aplenty.

This a huge mall with everything you can find - cinemas, supermarket, restaurants, department store, cafes, amongst others. The mall is relatively quieter than Mid-Valley as there are no connecting hotels and not a bustling residential area. To get here from JB Sentral, take public bus T31 or 32 at the bus terminus along Jln Jim Quee (below CIQ checkpoint), cost RM2.20 per ticket and stop opposite Paradigm Mall. Use the overhead bridge about 50m from the alighting bus stop to walk over to the mall. The returning bus stop is in front of Paradigm Mall. Each way by bus takes about 30mins, buses depart about every 30mins.

I forgot that it was September school holiday until I reached the border immigration when I saw parents and children gathering in long queues waiting for the cross border public buses. But it was too late to reverse my travel decision.
Fortunately, Paradigm Mall is not that popular among Singaporeans as compared to City Square, KSL and Mid Valley South Key. From JB Sentral, I took bus T31 to this mall. The bus fare cost RM2.20 and I alighted at a bus stop after Kip Mall.
The mall is extremely large with 7-level of retail outlets and very spacious and lustrously clean. Unless you like ice skating at the Blue Ice-Skating Rink at level 3, Singaporeans would prefer convenience and would rather satisfy their shopping urge at City Square or KSL. The number of beauty, hair and massage salons with competitive pricing and the popular restaurants and eateries are not as many as at KSL and City Square.
There was an atrium promotion for moon cakes, but the crowd was not there. The entire mall was miserably quiet and lack of business. The Food arcade at Level 4 does not seem to be popular and not well patronized. In fact, I saw comparatively more customers at the Fastfood outlets at Fish & Fish, Macdonald, KFC and Pizza Hut. In terms of customers' volume, I saw a stark contrast at these fast-food outlets at City Square. When I reached City Square in the afternoon, I was alarmed at the long queue at Lavender Bakery but the business at the outlet at this mall was lackadaisical.
Maybe the mall needs to re-strategize to target Singaporeans by offering a free shuttle bus service from JB Sentral to the mall.

Team2 Saloon was deliberately confusing in their pricing. Final price was 150 Ringgit more than initial negotiations. The total came to 340 Ringgit not the initail price of 158 Ringgit plus plus for 1 colour highlight. Beware of this scam. Also, they did a terrible job with my highlight.Disappointed . Going back to my usual hairstylist to redo the colour.

Best mall in the region with everything you need like restaurants, cinema and other stores. All you need is in the mall and best place to hangout if the weather is bad

A mall good for family with children, alot fo things for children to play like bouncing Castle, utopia, ice skating, rock climbing.

Hi may I know if coming from Singapore is there a shuffle bus from Ang mo kio or bishan intercharge. I read online use to have. Wonder is it still operating and where to get the tickets? Also how much is the charges now?

My suggestion is better you take a grab and the cost is cheap and you can also save your time.

I just read your feedback on Tripsadvisor on Paradigm mall that there is free wifi there.
I was there last year also but could not access any wifi there and had a lot of difficulty getting a grabcar.
Can you remember where in the mall can we have access to free wifi?

I would suggest you use your mobile data instead of wifi as it is not stable. Grab car is easy in JB. I’ve no issue getting one from various Malls.
