Best mall in JB. This has very awesome food available at much more attractive prices than Komtar JBCC and JB City Square. There are lots of things to do at this mall such as DIY shops and even furniture shops offering great discounts.

The upper levels is like a ghost town with so many shuttered shops. Guess the open air concept failed in our hot and cold rainy climate...
In terms of food options, limited choices are available so don't bother to make a special trip here.

Should be an amazing mall cus it is so huge but due to pandemic. Despite in a good location, this mall is dead.
Nothing much to see but got few restaurants you can try because the price is reasonable and also mouth watering.
Kudos to the developer to let all the escalators running 24x7 including i saw myself, a mice joint the ride with me.
For a mall, they have too many in and out entrance, so confusing and too wild. Bad for the other ends tenants. For Fengshui, is also super bad cus the fortune gonna runnin wild and gone with the wind.

After more than slightly a year the borders reopened this place has nothing much to offer.
They try to setup pasarmalams here but overall still “dead”

Sadly this once grand mall is almost deserted. There are a few shops like Jaya and a few cafes. I guess this is a result of the expat exit due to the new MM2H restrictions

Bridge/Walkway should be free from litters/well-kept. Some Escalators operating in the mall only. A challenge for older folks. Shops were not fully opened yet opens late at/after 10am and closes early like 8pm. No foodcourt, only handful eateries however service speed was fast. Mr. DIY aircon not working most time & certain items out-of-stock as compared to other outlets.
Jaya supermart ok to visit & helpful, nice staff but KSL supermart was much cheaper than Jaya Groceries.
Hopefully improvement soon in the near future & more businesses to comeby.

The mall is so new, nothing much, its more like a neighborhood mall. Connected to Sentra by link bridge but it is a long walk around 7 to 10mins.

When you come out of immigration building, just at the road car crossing driveway, immediately turn left and walk on the driveway. You will see a bridge entrance just few steps after. Turn left to get on bridge. The entrance of the bridge indicates R&F mall. Walk on the bridge about 15mins and you will see R&F mall.
You would have missed the R&F bridge if you go into the annex building where you see money changers and Roti boy, KFC and Starbucks (now closed).

Visited in August 2022 and confirm this is a dead mall. There are only 5% or 10% of the shops open. The mall is very beautifully designed but it is such a pity most of the shops are closed down probably due to Covid.

Don’t bother to visit. Hardly any shops are open. Only a couple of eateries, one sports shop, one clothing shop and Mr Fixit were open.
