The massage was a bit disappointing for me, perhaps the lady who was doing it was getting tired as we booked an evening slot. The room I was in was very cold even after adjusting the thermostat several times. That sort of took away the pleasant experience of a massage. We had to switch off the air condition at the end. The changing room and the washroom facilities could also be better managed.

Worth the price. I was prepared to pay a bit more for the package, I got myself a hangover package that turned out to be super worth it and reasonable. Chill place to be at, away from the noisy streets. There's even a restaurant inside the spa. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I had a great therapist. All in all, give it a try—it's worth your money!

The place was cozy with nice receptionist but the massage was bad. I took the Royal Javanese massage for 120mins but the masssuer kept bluping throughout the 120mins.
And no strength at all, just like some finger touching your body. Wastes my money. Won't be back.

My first visit was in March 2024. It was fantastic. The therapist was so good from start to end. I was literally glowing, my muscles felt like they have melted and a big smile plastered on my face. I was there for almost 5 hours.
I was recommending this place to everyone. I went again in June with my bff. I was so disappointed that I couldn't wait to get out of that place.
Any spa that I've gone to, they will always start with scrubbing, shower then the facilities like steam and jacuzzi then shower again followed by the massage as the last service to relax and what I would say go out with a bang. I always add on another service at the end which is called women's ratus.
This visit, too bad my last therapist had left. We were put in a couple's room. they started with massage which I find peculiar. Then scrub which I feel like at the point that I can do better myself. Then off to shower to enjoy the facilities after. By then I was already feeling very dissatisfied. My massage was aching me rather than soothing me. My scrubbing service felt like the therapist were racing to see who finished first. I refused to enjoy the facilities because I want to get this done and over with. So one last treatment, smoke up my lady part - women's ratus. To put cherry on top, instead of putting me back in a treatment room, they told me I would have the treatment in the changing room instead!!! WTH??!!! I was so not impressed. I paid full price, I expect full and proper service. Don't think I'm coming back.
I guess at the end of the day, it depends on the therapist. Hit or miss. But too bad you still have to pay the same price.

I found this place on Google while looking for a nice retreat/spa for my mum on Mother’s Day. Suffice to say, this is definitely going to be a routine bonding session with my mum. It’s surrounded by the bustling city but once you enter, you really feel transported to Bali. It’s so soothing. We loved everything about it. I took the hair treatment and got my mum the Hangover package which included a royal Javanese massage. I was so shocked by how reasonable the pricing were too! It really does live up to its name. Super excited to come back every now and then. Thank you to everyone who created to a beautiful experience for my mum and I.

This is my first time to go spa massage i will rate this spa 10/10 for excellent service , clean rooms and facilities. The staff also is very friendly will definitely come back again. Kudos to the team ❤️

It was a marvellous experience for my hubby and me. We had 2 hours of aromatherapy massage, lulu scrub, ear candling, free steam bath and jacuzzi. In addition, I did the Javanese ratus for womb. Highly recommended if you looking for a short getaway and relax spa massage just like you are in Bali. You don’t need to take plane or carry luggage just across the causeway. I will definately come again.
