I have frequent Austin Hills Golf Club but only came to realised that the locker key that were given can open up all lockers. Please be extra careful should you be using the lockers.

I last played at Austin 3 years ago. Scenic golf course with different challenges especially water hazards and blind approaches. The course is affordable but the club house, locker rooms, toilets are already affected by poor maintenance. The cafe is a clear sign of neglect. Despite the course refurbishment and club house rennovation in 2017, the greens on the Hill course are badly maintained and damaged with so many permanent ball marks and spike marks. Although we had a decent round of golf, we were shocked by the poor attitude of the caddies. They were not interesed to help the golfers who were not familiar with the course layout, but were chit chating amongst themselves from the buggies. One caddie was yawning throughout our game whilst another was using her make up mirror all the time. At the 11th hole, one of them had to take a long toilet break. Hope the club will do something to improve the training and standards of caddies. I will give this course a miss.

A newly refurbished golf course and clubhouse makes this facility very playable and affordable. The Golf course is in nice shape and I recommend all who are avid golfers to try this challenging course ....raising new heights at Austin Heights!

Been here for a day as a group from Singapore. Beautiful location, large spacious room and excellent food. Sure for a second visit sometime in future.

This place is allocated at Taman Mount Austin. I visited this place with my friend and his dad. It was my first time going there.The environment of this place is very beautiful and nice. The golf range is very big and very suitable for golfing.
I enjoyed playing golf there. There is also a bowling alley in the clubhouse. I would really want to come back for more golfing activities with my friends.

Big and clean room, more to stay and play Golf or Go out to enjoy the Surrounding kind of a place as hotel does not offer much in house facilities to spend a day. But real value for money if you looking for stay and play Golf and do some shopping and leave JB. Will go again for sure

Run down facade, dark and musty smelling interior with heaps of artificial flowers that certainly do not cause hay fever but dust-induced sneezes and stuffy noses.
Poor management - bad service at the check in counter; they take your credit card on pretext of securing the booking but quickly charge the card instead without further consultation. Very poor communication by staff. Being watched and told off about having to wear wrist tag all the time to move around to use the facilities. Rooms are huge but the access is from another building that has an eerie atmosphere. Past midnight, there could be a long shriek and cry of a baby.
The use of facilities need to be paid, only the use of gym and snookers are free but remember to put on your wristband all the time like a hospital patient.
Rm14 per head per hour for karaoke room, a rip-off if you go in groups.
The swimming pool water was green as the one that turned wrong from wrong treatment in the 2016 Brazil Olympics. Do not expect a slide like shown in the website. It is cordoned off and was told it would be ripped off.
Breakfast included is sited in a black-paint and dimly lit place with a meagre selection. Staff just hang around at the counter chit-chatting.
Go if you wish to have a burn-in-the-pocket thrill for a Halloween celebration. Remember to wear the wrist tag like a hospital patient who has been dying to escape from the place.

The location of the hotel is not too far from the business district unless you prefer to stay inside the CBD. Hotel is big with VERY big room. The a la carte breakfast was just okay.
The golf course is good and the management need to improve. They also house a bowling alley.
Huge potential hotel and club but bad management.
Overall stay.. no much to shout but no disappointment either. Might come back next time to see if things have been improved.

The Golf course is new n well designed but the people behind its management rots! Take you a Long while to get yourself register for play. Front line staff not empowered n promises made by managers withdrawn when these managers are changed. No one takes responsibility.
A real let down n no w Ser, the club is unable to attract new members. A big shame as the course is well maintained by the Indonesians it employs but sadly lacking is its management.

Very good design course which is challenge but possible.
The club house is very modern and more like a hotel then a golf club
but as its newly 'reopens' there is no experience caddy, pro shop nor half way house
staff is still un train and tee off time is late.
