Fantastic mountain golf course. Challenging and very scenic.
While the course is great they really need to clean up the bathroom at the ninth hole. They are very dirty and the men’s urinal plumbing is not even connected.

Lucero Golf and Coutry Club is the best kept secret in Boquete.
It is just 9 km from downtown Boquete driving on a paved, panoramic road towards Jaramillo.
Lucero is our favorite destination in Panama: a perfect blend of wonderful nature, modern comfort, great service and golf.
Cristela the Manager and Itzi her assistant, constantly go the extra mile to assist guests attentively and cordially. They make us feel at home and welcome every time we go, making every stay at Lucero an unforgettable, enjoyable experience.
The Clubhouse is very nice with an excellent restaurant, a nice pool and tennis courts.
The beautiful treehouse units offer amazing views in a very relaxing and unusual setting.
We like to return to Lucero as oftern as we can and enjoy the beauty of its magical setting, the contact with nature, the pleasant accommodations and services offered.
We look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful golf with great landscape and view (fairways in pretty good condition).
My wife wanted to play once during our vacations and we could rent everything needed. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lucero Golf and Country is an amazing place. Absolutely beautiful 18 hole course golf. The course gets very little place as there is only 25 members. However, if you are in town and want to play an incredible course they rent very exceptable clubs and I think the fee is $65.00 including the cart. Great deal! They have a very nice clubhouse and pool which I have experienced.
I would strongly recommend this place for golf or just for dinner. FYI. They also have several treehouse apartments with views that are absolutely incredible. Very reasonable. There does not seem to be a lot of golfers in Boquete so there is never very many people there, but it is really nice.

Outstanding setting with a potential of becoming a top notch golf destination. However, the golf course is in terrible shape! Marred Greens with ill kept Pin locations that appear not to have been moved/groomed in some time.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We highly appreciate it. At the moment, the golf course is going through conditioning and due to rainy season in Boquete it remained closed during National Holidays.
As an exception we opened the course to a very few clients during these days. We will work on improving the general state of the golf course in the remaining months in hopes of delivering a better experience in 2020.

Golfcourse setting is very nice with stunning views and not busy. $85 for a round a bit steep taking the quality of the course and the greens into consideration. The pizza afterwards was delicious. Good day but price-value not in line.

Que clase de buena cancha de golf. Vistas de espectaculares en 360 grados, especialmente la del Volcan Barú en un dia claro, en medio de la naturaleza. En verano el viento es horrible y en invierno es otra cancha. En ambas epocas las vista son la gran diferencia. El reto de golf es de los mejores en Panama. Es para jugarla minimo 2 dias en su visita.

Wir haben den Platz einmal gespielt. Carts sind obligatorisch, da die Wege sehr weit sind. Es ist ein typischer Gebirgsplatz, schön angelegt mit teilweise engen Drive-Landezonen. Beim Verfehlen der Fairways verschwinden die Bälle meist auf Nimmerwiedersehen im tiefen Rough, Gebüschen oder in kleinen Bachläufen. Von den hinteren Tees spielt er sich sehr lang. Der Pflegezustand war gut. Auffällig war die grosse Zahl von Greenkeepern, die vorwiegend mit Neuanpflanzungen von Bäumen Büschen und Stauden zugange waren. Hier werden anscheinend sehr grosse Anstrengungen unternommen. Leihschläger stehen auch für Linkshänder zur Verfügung.
