I think the spelling is Lourdes? Anyway, very nice church, friendly priests, and lovely for Mass. We enjoy going there when we are in the Burnam Park area.

It was nice seeing a new type of church found in Baguio. We are only familiar at the church near the city but this church is promising and must see for its cool architectural design and not too crowded. Luckily had a chance to attend their mass and I find it a great place to pray and talk to Him. The "little grotto" found inside the compound is perfect to feel at peace and solemnity.

finally, i was given the chance to visit this Church along kisad road, around 800 meters away from the hotel we stayed at. we just walked our way to the Parish right after breakfast and reached the 9:00 am Mass 15 minutes late.
i find the architecture of this Church quite fascinating. it is like a mini-Gothic structure in post-modern times. there were stained glass windows, elevated ceilings which height is proportional to its width. the figure of the Blessed Virgin sort of floats over the altar, a design reminiscent of the actual grotto in Lourdes, France. there's a replica of the grotto within the Church grounds, with just 27 steps to reach the top.
this Church is just a stone throw away from burnham park and a few hundred meters from Baguio City Hall.

Even if you are away from home, you can still hear mass when you are staying in Baguio. Very accessible and along the road, walking distance from most hotels along Kisad Road.

My family went to Baguio City for a vacation and leisure and bonding moments as well. This is the first place we visited for our stay in Baguio City. Just a walk away from the known place of Burnham Park. The sanctuary is very peaceful and has a wonderful feeling to think and thank God for the blessings and strengths we daily received. There are a unique design and sculpture inside the church. And stairs of the garden outside. Worth to visit and worth to remember.
