This was my third time at I’m Onsen Spa since i like the ambiance and the signature massage, however it was my first time trying the Couple Suite with Jacuzzi + Steam (Room DOGO). Upon entering the room, you can already smell some stink coming from the jacuzzi, although tolerable at first. However once we tried the jacuzzi it was so awful, it smelled like sewage that we couldn’t stay for long.
Will never avail the couple suite ever again, worst experience ever.

I had a great experience here. Great massage with consistent pressure just how I wanted — one of the best in Metro Manila. The tea lounge is very cozy and relaxing too. The facilities — onsen, dry and steam sauna, are well maintained. It is also commendable how approachable and helpful the staffs are. Rainier from the front desk explained and suggested treatment options to me. I will definitely comeback and recommend to my friends. Kudos

Been here several times before pandemic and I can say that they have the best spa and buffet packages based on my experience. However, this June 2023 when I book a slot with them again, they dont have the usual package and the price already doubled from the previous time I was here and I am really disappointed with our experience and hope that they can improve their services again and the facilities like it used to.
Facilities: based on the package that we booked we can only access the onsen pool, steam and sauna. Upon arrival only onsen pool and sauna were working. Also, the onsen pool was not too hot plus the place was really dark. The ambiance there was very dull and sad. Plus all shower area smelled like urine/pee. The only place I liked in their facilities was the Relaxing Lounge Area.
Spa Treatment: I really liked their onsen signature massage and I’ll give the therapist a 5 star for her service since i was able to really relax during the treatment.
Food: I was expecting a buffet package however they changed it to 3 course dinner meal. I can say that the meals we had were really good but I would still prefer a buffet set up given the price that we have paid for.
Parking: THIS ONE REALLY GOT ME MAD!! We expect that the parking will be waived since we paid for a total of 9.5k for treatment and that ever since we come here we really dont pay for the parking fee. However upon check out, we were asked to pay for 400 pesos!!! Wtf! Such a rip off!!! 400 for 4hrs!! We asked if they can waived it since we have availed the packages already and was told that we should have asked for a coupon at the lobby. Oh wellll no one even bothered telling us that there was such rule about waived fees. So if you plan to go here better ask the receptionist ahead to avoid paying unreasonable fees. 🥲
Overall our experience was very disappointing and I really hope that they improve their service and facilities and of course for the parking fee!!! Wth! Make it free!!

It's interesting reading some bad reviews - we had an amazing time here.
When we arrived we went to the onsen area for about 45 mins. You need to be aware that it's fully naked when using the facilities (segregated to male/female). There is a steam room, sauna, 2 pools for relaxing & each has a different contents in the water to help relax/help your skin.
We then had 90 min massages which were very good before returning to the lounge for tea & a relax.
Considering where you are it's a great way to relax away 2-3 hours!

When we checked into I’M Hotel we were told Onsen Spa was the best in Manila! Excited to try, I booked 2 services on Sunday 23/04 at 8pm(in addition to my husband’s one) The hot stone healing massage for 90min, started by the therapist dropping the water from the heating pot. I had asked for strong pressure but there is a difference between strong pressure & being rough (the whole experience was not relaxing) the stones were too hot so the therapist moved to my legs did a massage then started using the stones on my legs once they cooled down, then went back to use the stones on my back on the towel, when I was asked to turnover I was told 20min were left & her plan was to give me a head massage! So front of body got no treatment in a 90min massage service!!! I told the therapist I had asked for my hips to be an area of focus & they were barely touched! So she spent the last 20min on my hips as I requested but no head massage. My other treatment was the Korean foot spa add-on, which was supposed to include a mask & warm herbal aromatic oils but I did not receive any of it! Above it all, when I told the receptionist how disappointed I was she didn’t even acknowledge it! No let me see what I can do, no let me speak to the manager, nothing except I’ll speak to the therapist!!! Well what will she say 🤷♀️ I did a bad job? Of course not… Do your own research before booking any treatments with them- very disappointed and won’t be back.

It is not as nice as it is in the photo. Jacuzzi is not working and sauna. Massage is not as good too. It was a normal experience but too expensive for a normal experience. Don’t pick the one with food the food is not a buffet like other nice spa. The food is not enough if you are hungry after that warm bath and massage. Haha better yet eat somewhere else. 🤣🤣🤣

Worst onsen I've been to.
Tiny, lukewarm pool and sauna only. We booked for 2pm and were told when we arrived that they had given away our spot and we had to wait until 6pm.
9000p and you are not even allowed to use the attached pool.

Hello, it will be my first time to try Onsen. As I learned that it's a public bath, do we go in there fully naked? How about the massage after? Any exceptions? Is it comfortable?

The Onsen bath is just one of the facilities.You can use it if you want or not. You will be given a bathrobe to move around for the other things like getting a massage,.Now they require you to be fully clothed for the dinner. They also have a swimming pool outsde. No need to be naked there.

Had the buffet past 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night and it wasn't crowded at all. At around 8:30, they still replenishing the food. Wait staff there are all accommodating and cheerful, so to commend!
