The experience in this spa place is good. Great service at the im onsen spa. Clean environment and the masseuse staff are well experienced.

It such a get away to stress of Metro Manila, even though it's right smack by the heart of it. The ambiance was just great, overall concept and feel of the place really rejuvenate your body and soul. The massage was so good I fell asleep and that's how you know it was great.

My therapist was Chona. She was very excellent. Definitely had a great time in Onsen Spa. The ambiance is superb. The whole experience was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Hello, it will be my first time to try Onsen. As I learned that it's a public bath, do we go in there fully naked? How about the massage after? Any exceptions? Is it comfortable?

The Onsen bath is just one of the facilities.You can use it if you want or not. You will be given a bathrobe to move around for the other things like getting a massage,.Now they require you to be fully clothed for the dinner. They also have a swimming pool outsde. No need to be naked there.

Had the buffet past 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night and it wasn't crowded at all. At around 8:30, they still replenishing the food. Wait staff there are all accommodating and cheerful, so to commend!
