Fun lambanog night!

I had a lot of fun exploring the different flavors of lambanog infused with herbs fresh from their indoor farm. If you feel like it, you can even prepare your own bottle and harvest the herbs of your choice on your own! This was definitely a fun break from the usual Friday night in the city. Looking forward to more activities! :)

Really interesting place, so full of character and what the guys are doing here is amazing. We were lucky enough to get to sample a number of their infused rums which were awesome!

As a resident of Metro Manila, seeing initiatives like Urban Greens gives you hope for the future. This tour is not only a good experience, it will give you an insight in how it will be possible to supply major metropolises with freshly plucked organic greens.
This is worth it!

Great tour with great hosts

Urban Greens grows their own herbs which you can use to infuse lambanog (Filipino alcoholic drink made from coconuts). I did a tour hosted by Ralph, with some friends and it was an amazing experience learning about the hydroponics setup, sample various lambanog infusions and make my own lambanog infusions. I liked it so much I got lambanog infusions of lemongrass, dill and basil.

We spent a very nice evening tasting the different types of lambanog flavors as well as the plants that they grow, super flavored! Making our own lambanog was fun, looking forward to taste it now!

A refreshing way to unwind after work!

Not a fan of lambanog and was surprised to like the taste of this drink. The event was held at The Ruins. Sort of an old house turned into an artistic and rustic area. On to the second floor, there was an area where Urban Greens grow their luscious garden. It was amazing. We picked our own herbs to put in our jars to be filled later on with the lambanog. Great music, herbal lambanog delight and meeting new friends - overall, a great experience. Definitely a must try in Makati!
