我打电话询问这家休闲中心有没有按摩治疗师，怎么去比较好。接待员很生气地告诉我，就在南海大道啊。南海大道有6.3公里长。所以过了一会儿，我问她有没有什么明显的地标，她说就在首都银行附近。过了一会儿。当我告诉她我不熟悉这个地方，可不可以告诉我从罗克韦尔如何出发比较好，能不能告诉我更明确的方位，接待员低声吐槽，但还是让我听到了，“哦，我的天啊”。我只想说，如果你不想帮我，那就算了，直接把电话一挂就完事儿了。他们的客户服务多么糟糕，就这样还做什么生意？

Pangalawang beses ko na Po nag pa massage dito sa touch of hands spa makati branch at happy naman Po ako sa service nila at mas nagustuhan ko Po ngayun dahil sa style ng pag massage ginagamit yung elbow at knees papatungan ka sa likod kahit medyo mabigat pero masarap nakaka relaxed
Pero parang magkaiba Yung nag massage sakin Nung umpisa at patapos na relaxing naman po

This is what happened to me in April 2019. As soon as i walked in, i greeted respectfully the therapists. In that moment one of the therapist whose name is Ivyvone expelled me immediately with the excuse that people which she does not feel good cannot go there. I had not other option but turned around and leave the place immediately. If the owner wants to contact me, can email me at andresmaster7@hotmail.com Blessings friends.

Disappointing service and discrimination.

Disappointing.
Undecided receptionist.

Massage therapist that are just sitting (at least 2) yet was informed there was no one available.

Yet when a foreigner arrived they were soooooooo welcoming.

Kinda insulting to be treated just because I’m a Filipino.

I've been your client for several years now and the same issue/complain I raise every time I visit the spa. The service is good but the airconditioning system is poor. I dont understand why the aircondition unit is always off. Uncomfortable for the client. Instead of relaxing, you will be sweating the whole time. This is in makati ave. branch

Neglected employees

I often visit here because alive near shop.. But yesterday I'm really disappointed and never will go again. This facility is old and unclean to get a body massage. When I entered the shop and told them that I got the food massage, 2 therapist were trying to avoid each other. Then the other therapist came and just rubbing it so I asked a little stronger. later it's getting stronger and stronger . now my legs bruise and it's hard to walk. when the male customer came, they was smiling but if female, they looked unkind. if the phone calls, no want to receive calling. It's the worst massage shop I've ever been to.

It’s worth to try

Ok to be straight this is a budget place but guys don’t get scared to walk up the stairs. The could decorate it more brighter light full. Anyway the stuff is very friendly the massages are good. Don’t expect anything crazy just think about how much u pay. The 1 hr food massage is 300 pesos.

From u don’t get for that even a sandwich.
So relax n enjoy
Highly recommend

Great Massage - Nice Place

My partner & I had a 60 minute massage here at Touch of Hands Spa to finish our 2 week Philippines holiday.
What a great way to complete a fantastic visit.. :-)

Our therapists were great.
The rooms were clean & quiet, soft music playing to unwind & hot towels provided to complete a perfect massage..

Very easy to locate, 3rd floor in the Jollibee building on Makati Ave..

We recommend this place.
We were both very pleased with the experience & price overall..

Best massage place in makati.

I had massage today 13/08/2018. Very professional and very good massage.
Massage lady Rona have strong had and did very good job. 2 Thumb up. Must visit this place. I am a massage freak (daily basis) never liked a place like this. Prices are good i think. Other places charge php 500 for a soft not that good massage but i paid php 600 here. Couldn’t be more happy.

Definately worth a visit - great massage

I stayed at Holiday Inn about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel, Touch of Hands Spa is definitely worth the walk, extremely good massage and only 600 peso for 90 minutes.
Forget having a massage at your hotel and go here.
