The lounge and facilities are amazing. Masseuse are well experienced and trained.
Sadly, we have not fully enjoyed the experience. We availed the Aroma Wellness but I felt that the oil used was not that aromatic at that time compared to other spa/ massage facilities we had before. It was our fault also not stressing to the masseuse that the pressure was too much for us—bordering to painful already at the time. Our bodies were sore after.
Maybe, we need to try more/their other services.

Beautifully landscape surroundings, serene & tranquil ambiance throughout the interior of the spa, including the reception area. Well maintained even after many years in business. Friendly attendants and clean massage rooms with private baths/changing rooms.

Very impressed with the facilities. The massage rooms have private shower and steam room and private bathroom. You get 10 mins prior to your treatment to use the shower/steam room. They don’t rush you and everything is very relaxing. I would definitely return to get a deep tissue massage next time. It’s more expensive so only for special occasions. Emy is very good for massage.

Booked this amazing place on my arrival. Staff extremely friendly and co-operative. The interior and the ambiance in the Chi Spa is fantastic. I was recommended the 90 min Chi balance massage so that what I availed if. The massage itself was really what I needed. There was no rush everything was at a very relaxed pace. Highly recommend a visit to the amazing Spa.

身体全体の疲労感がひどく、こちらへ。90分のフィリピンhilotを頼みました。初めは、シャワー後もしばらく1人で施術室に待たされ、もしかしたらハズレの施術師さんに当たってしまったかと思いました。しかし、その後、シャワーの時間とは別に90分、しっかり施術してもらいました。しかも、どこが気になるか聞かれて、脹脛の裏側と伝えたところ、そこを最初から重点的に、しかも体の内部の状態がまるでわかるように、そこ、というところをドンドンほぐして、リンパを流してくれました。翌日、筋肉痛が残りましたが、これは、身体が良くなる過程での筋肉痛と思います。全身が間違いなくリフレッシュされました。
90分で約5000pですので決して安くはありませんが、技術と清潔度は群を抜いていると思います。

I was in the hotel for 2 nights for business trip, it is very clean and have nice atmosphere, the spa and gym are well equipped.
Enjoyed breakfast with lots and lots food options that it was hard to decide what to get.
The hotel well secured and does give the safe feeling.
Definitely will come back here on the next trip.

Best. Massage. Ever. I cannot recommend enough- ask for Edith. She was magnificent. The spa decor is exceptionally grand - I was extremely impressed with the overall experience.

I always bring my gun everywhere we go. This particular hotel, they don’t have a safe/ concierge for firearms. What they told me to do is leave the firearm inside our car, before checkin in.. other hotels , even not as high end like this , have safes or concierge for firearms.
