I visited Green Hills and prices for sneakers are high and they don't bargin that much. I visited Divisoria, its a big crazy place and prices are half of Green Hills but its a hassle to get there and come back. Probably spend 500 pesos each way for a taxi to.
I visited St. Francis Square on Saturday and its not crowded and prices for sneakers and hand bags were lower than Divisoria. They seem to ask 1,500 pesos for most all quality sneakers and if you bargin, knock off 200 pesos.You don't have all the fruit stands and party goods but plenty of handbags, Sneakers, watches, jewelry and clothes without any hassle.

Budget friendly stalls inside, located at the back of SM Mega Mall.
When I am in mandaluyong I prefer going here instead of going to divisoria, for their pricing is almost the same.
They have bookstore inside and few fastfoods.

Visited on a Sunday and most of the stalls on the ground floor were closed. I had thought this was a mall and expected most shops to be opened. The upper floors sold clothes and shoes and most of the shops sold the same items. No one sold at wholesale in case you wanted bulk purchases. The only thing that piqued my interest was a stall who sold organizers (ground floor). They had unique products not sold by anyone else and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was trying to search for my phone's casing and the store from Megamall told me to go to St. Francis Square. I searched in Google maps and found it to be near Megamall and to my surprise, it's just at the back. Ground floor has the cellphone stores, casings, etc. In the 2nd floor and up, there are tiangges where you can find a lot of stuff. Of course, it isn't that cheap as Divisoria, but price is okay. Just choose if it is reasonable.

Conveniently located at the back of the famous Megamall, the best in here, cheap finds. But just be smart.

Whe you are in Ortigas. You can get RTW from this place. For gadget accessories and repair they have it on the ground floor. You have it here. I bought my casing and cables at reasonable pricing.

St Francis Square is just a small mall between Podiam and SM Mega Mall. Mainly sell toys, hand phone accessories, pearls, shirts, dress, duplicate shoes, watches and etc.
My family and I bought some good quality shoes, dress and toys.
Worth to come coz things are cheap.

The Pure Gold Jr. supermarket in the basement isn't air conditioned. A few fans are aimed at the chocolates to keep them from completely melting. Many secondary and off-brand local products make this the ideal place in the district for buying groceries. Name brand running shoes, which aren't, come in large sizes with wide widths for about a third of what would be charged in other outlets but more than what would be charged in Baclaran or Divisoria but for foreign visitors, St. Francis Square Mall is a safer option.
Casual clothing for the big man is available on the third floor at a fraction of what would be paid in a big and tall shop overseas. The fourth floor has a cafeteria with a local ice cream vendor selling novelties on a stick buy one take one. Although I am obese, I don't want two so I always buy one and leave one for the vendor to sell to someone else! The cost is less than ten pesos, which is about thirty cents US so with the money I save on groceries, I don't mind making a small donation.
I use the services here for airline ticket arrangements but I find the cell phone market, although extensive, to be more expensive than in the shopping area above the Shaw MRT station. I often hang out at the Jollibee on the ground floor of the St. Francis Square Mall. The clientele here are mostly local call center workers who are all over any foreigner they see if they remotely think he has a job and enough money to buy them a tuna pie.
Prices are not fixed in the market stalls and bargaining is necessary to avoid paying top dollar .For larger and more major purchases, I have local friends shop for me in Baclaran or Divisoria. However for spending a few dollars in the area, St. Francis Square Mall is the cheapest. You can also buy local coconut palm wine from the vendor right outside the main door but brand name beer and booze is less expensive across the street at the SM megamall supermarket. If you know your prices, you'll enjoy a visit to St. Francis Square Mall.

It has restaurants, it has shops and it has stalls - bazaar type. You can find knick-knack and copy items here, apparel, shoes, accessories, bags, gadgets and many more at a bargain price.

If you are looking for cheap mobile phones and accessories, cameras, software, other electronic gadgets and repairs then this is the place to go to in Pasig. There are shops selling clothes and shoes upstairs but I hardly go there.
