Very nice and relaxing spa. They have different types of water spa to choose from. They also have sauna and jacuzzi that is open for both male and female. Perfect for couples as other spas separate male from female. The price is very reasonable. Staff are very welcoming. Worth the money. Highly recommend staying in Ace Hotel and Suites after a stay here. Really nice place and perfect for couples. 5/5 highly recommend this place and will always go back.

You get what is advertised. Ideal to those who likes to relax and have a swim. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Each shower cubicle have its own shower gel in case you didn’t bring yours. They also offer swimming attire for rent, as well as towel so you can pretty much come over with just extra clothes and not worry about extra stuff. Would be better if you visit during weekdays so you avoid the crowd and not get awkward waiting for your turn to use an area.

Where you may relax and unwind in their hot herbal pool, hydrotherapy spa, steam room, sauna, and other facilities. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it felt to be in this water spa. The water pressure on your body was satisfying, maybe even more satisfying than a massage from a therapist. The water temperatures are controlled including in the lap pool. It would've been perfect if the ceiling was made of glass and you can see some blue skies while swimming in the pool.
Lockers were too small, and you can't hang your clothes..bring your own hair dryer if you don't want to leave with wet hair.
Still, overall, i enjoyed my experience there.

Ive been to Ace several times already. But we always go back if we have time
No photos allowed inside the locker room and inside the pool premises. The lazy river is so fun specially with the kids. Swim suit attire is a must and swimming cap. The pool is clean,jacuzzi and other massage water activities. They have a room in Pasig branch (Ace Water Spa Hotel).

The managers of Ace Spa should simply be trained to treat customers with respect. It is a hotel, anyway. They should be trained proper customer service. The manager was extremely rude! Never again.

Food and service well recommend! had a wonderful bonding with my family, staffs are very accomodating specially this guy named Jared He's very attentive and initiative. We're very satisfied and will come again soon.

Please be advised that kids are only free for the Room Accommodation only as long as they are 12 yrs old and below. There will be additional charges for their Breakfast Buffet and Water Spa Access based on their height.
