这街上全是那种什么都卖的商店，和店家讨价还价是个很特别的经历，而且一家店一家店的去逛，去看看每家店都买了些什么也很有意思。

哥伦路是宿务最古老的街道之一。这里非常繁忙，任何角落你都可以买到一切，从金鱼到鲜花，工具，手机，LED灯，基本上什么都有。你可以买到盗版DVD，维修任何手机或买到开裂iPhone手机。与泰国的夜街市场比较，哥伦路是一个很好的体验。旅客只需留心，这地区有许多贫穷的人，所以穿着需合适。不要在身上穿金戴银。但如果你保持警觉还是安全的，就像任何亚洲市场一样。夜市也很好，街上的食物和二手的干净衣物琳琅满目。你会发现你想找的任何东西。很棒的经验。

非常坦白地说，当外国人到宿雾旅行，这是一个风险很高的景点，不被推荐，因为他非常危险，对于国外的不论承认还是孩子，也没有什么特别值得看的东西。宿雾有更好的景点。

如果你想来这个区域看看，那就来这里吧。对我来说，这里没什么可参观的，这里总是让我想起马尼拉的老城区，很脏，有污染。

哥伦路位在宿雾市区的繁华地段，也是最古老的街道。这里有许多卖旅游纪念品和饮料的小贩，这里当地人很多，相对的就是乞讨的小孩也多。

We are staying at the Marco Polo Plaza for 2 nights in August what would be the recommended places to see?

I agree also with Ed regarding what your interest is but having traveled to Cebu many times while assigned to the US Embassy in Manila I have a couple of sites that I think are worth your time. Any taxi driver will be glad to take you to these but I would recommend using one of the hotel cars for the day. Sites to see:
1. Basilica del Santo Niño to view a 500 year old religious relic.
2. Cebu Taoist Temple which will give you a sense of some of the diversity of the Philippines.
3. Magellan's Cross which is supposed to be the cross, encased in metal, placed over the grave of Magellan.
4. Old Fort San Pedro a historic Spanish fort near the waterfront.
5. If you are daring then a visit to the Sky Experience Adventure.
6. If you really want some of the culture a visit to Carbon Market would provide this but be cautious at this location.
7. An interesting site on the island of Mactan is Lapu-Lapu Shrine, not a must but interesting.
8. If you are interested in nature I recommend a day trip to Mantayupan Falls located on the west side of Cebu in the town of Barili.
There are any number of interesting museums and houses to be seen but the items I have listed I have always found to be of interest and I have visited them many times over the 50 years I have visited and lived in the Philippines. Enjoy your trip and be sure and try the Philippine cuisine, especially the Adobo.

the best way is by cab. From robinson is straight down the road about 2 Km. colon road is quite long. many shops on both side of the road. Beware of pick pocketers. many shopping centres are found along the road.
