Chosyk Play dream center was terrible. The owner was korean lady and she was really mean and worst. She doesn't care about kids but money.

Probably the worst Mall in Mactan. Half of the mall is closed or has vacant outlets. I tried to get some Donuts from a Donut Shop at around 12.30pm and the staff member had gone on his lunch break! I came back an hour later and the staff put a sign up saying gone to CR. The same with Dim Sum store at the same time, gone on a lunch break.
Crazy. You would think they would have staff manning food outlets at one of the busiest times of the day LUNCH!
Tried finding somewhere to get a coffee and the mall has no coffee shops (no Starbucks, Bo's, or any other local chain). After wondering around for 20 mins I reluctantly gave up and settled for a mediocre bubble tea!
Oh, and good luck trying to find somewhere to sit down, no chairs or benches anywhere.

I really like the place. It's not SM. But I tend to stay at Ace Pension right across the street while in Cebu, and it's so convenient. The grocery is great. The other stores normally have what I need. Do beware of the food court, and food that has been sitting out too long at incorrect temps. On a high note there are a LOT of street food vendors near it at night which can make for a fantastic evening food adventure on the cheap.

The word Gaissano does not fill me with confidence, We shop for basics at Gaissano Cordova out of necessity, the vegetables are often rotten or infested with insects , the staff seem to be like robots programmed to be unhelpful, Heath and Safety western style would shut the place down today. If you get the opportunity look a the furniture sales area, everything we looked at was damaged!
Gaissano Grand Mall Basak is a slight improvement but the staff are programmed the same. Checkout and payment at all Gaissano’s is locked in the twentieth century slow and slower.

We went 3 times from Newtown to buy few souvenirs and electric appliances for our family…
Unfortunately very dangerous place outside, many troubles with main entrance with wind, you could receive something on your head, no protection net, nothing secure…inside nothing changes since five years, just on second part no lift, very dirty…we had to go SM and Ocean close Cebu bridge to be secure, safe and not in danger.
Make your choice now!??

Living in moalboal cebu there is no other choice then to buy in Gaisano😁
If friends come to your house and see something new then they will tell you the price, not where you bought it.
The stores have a bit of everything but don't expect any quality,There are tons of people working in Gaisano but don,t ask questions, they will no know.
The most frustrating part is getting rid of your money,Not seldom you will spend half an hour or more doing that, even if there are 3-4 girls working in one checking counter.
Managers or in-charged are the worse, never to been found or at lunch.
I,m getting used to it, sometimes i just leave my shopping cart in the supermarket and give up or try later.
If items are damaged or broken they still expect you to pay the same price.
The frustration goes on and on, most of their workers are very friendly an polite but again there is no such thing as good training.
Often i hear " no stock sir" but they just don,t understand what you are looking for 😁

It is summertime here in Cebu and Gaisano has no working a?c for the supermarket. Why don't they close sections of the supermarket off and renovate it? It needs all new tile and new paint. I had to wait in line for over 25 minutes today to check out.

マクタン島に出来た新しいモールと聞いて行きましたが、入ってビックリ‼️エスカレーターも動いてない箇所があり、地元の人は止まっているエスカレーターを歩いて利用していました。二階のベランダもゴミがあったり、ホコリで汚れていたりで、新しい感じは全然ありませんでした。中にスーパーもありましたが、一昔前の日本のスーパーという感じで、新しいと期待して行っただけにガッカリのモールでした。モールに行くならセブ島まで行った方がいいです！

専門店とスーパー、飲食店などが入っているショッピングモールです。
ジョリビーも入っています。
スーパーで買ったものは上の階には持って上がれないらしく、入口のカウンターで預けるように言われました。荷物を渡すと引き換え用の番号カードを渡されます。
海外ではよくありますが、エスカレーターが止まっている所もありました。
食品や日用品のバラマキ土産は購入できますが、置物などのTHEお土産みたいなのは見つけることができませんでした。

Honestly, I do not think so. But we were there for the shopping experience. Plus we got as far as the second storey. We didn’t have time for the upper floors. Sorry if I couldn’t be of much help
