The complex is clean and security is high. Police and security guards are on site and probably available when needed.

My driver/guide took me here during our Day Trip. I noted very little activities during our visit.

Dovrebbe essere il posto per il divertimento notturno, infatti qui si trovano molti ristoranti, bar ecc. Nel complesso però molto deludente e sopravalutato.

I went here to eat some dinner and have a look around. Yeah it seemed fairly quiet on a Wednesday night. I'm sure later it gets busy and on weekends. One good thing is it's really safe as police and security everywhere so good for foreigners at night.

Here you see one of the best food and coffee areas in town. You can also listen to lazy music that will calm you down after work. People of all levels visit this place as it can offer affordable services.

Smallville complex is a fun night out boasting a selection of bars, restaurants, karaoke bars and clubs. Everything you may want or need is within a 2 minute walk. Favourite places are M02, JLK (80's bar), Barrells and of course, Club Ice. M02 is also a hotel and is ideal to stay in if you are planning on visiting Smallville most nights.

This part of Iloilo City has further developed since my last visit.
There are many restaurants, live music from at least one open air bar and an overall fun atmosphere.
Seda Hotel Iloilo and Riverside Bordwalk are easy wals, but in different directions.
Come here if you want to chill.
Megaworld Boulevard and the associated Festive Walk are probably the main competition. Sample one on the first night and the other on the second.
Both seem very safe.

I walked around this area on the evening I was in Iloilo as I had stayed there on a previous visit several years back. The place hasn't really improved much though it seemed to have expanded a bit. There are more hotels than what i remembered. What stood out was the fact that I saw uniformed policemen stationed in 2 areas of the complex. I was told that it was because the place could get rowdy , especially during the weekends. So take it as is.

Hi! If you want to hear a live band while you eat then visit the place every Friday night to Sunday night. There's a live band playing every night though but in selected resto bars only. If you go there during the nights I mentioned, live bands are every where. If you're visiting the place, try Tiesto's Sizzling Bangus Sisig. Its yummy :)
If you're the kind who works out, wake up early and jog along Esplanade. Its just beside Smallvill Complex.
