Molo Mansion is just across the Molo Church. This house is one of the finest home in the province of Iloilo during the old times. Now, it's a tourist attraction. The ground floor is now occupied by "Kultura" wherein you can buy souvenirs. It's a good place to have some photo ops. Unfortunately, the second floor of the mansion is just opened whenever there's a special function. The parking is free, located at the back of the mansion.

It’s across Molo Church. An old mansion converted into a pasalubong center and food park for snacks, coffee or cold drink.

The Molo Mansion, also known as the Yusay-Consing Mansion. The mansion was built in the 1920s. The Molo Mansion exhibits classical Philippine colonial architecture. The interiors have high ceilings and graceful arches. Intricate decorative carvings. The facade boasts of a Neoclassical balustrade and there are wooden double swing-out windows that open to the refreshing gardens below.

Old white house. But currently owned and managed by sm. Store of kultura. It should maintain as a national park not a shopping.

I enjoyed my visit here. There is ample parking behind the mansion.
Inside are SM merchandises on display and are for sale. I bought 2 shirts from them.
Second floor is under construction and thus not open to visitors. I imagined how it looked when it was still occupied by former owners!

Formerly owned by the Yusay family and was built in the 1920s
There is no entrance fee and there's a wide parking space at the back, where you can find a plant shop that sells succulents and cacti and other plants.
There's no tours or any historical orientations when you get inside. Instead all that you can see are items that you can find in Kultura (Filipino clothing store) at every SM Department Stores because we found out that this place was already owned by SM.
Then there's the pasalubong (souvenir) shop inside for the visiting local and foreign tourists. The second floor houses paintings of local artists that are for sale.
Outside, you can find the Molo Mansion Cafe and the Sabor Ilonggo restaurant where you can choose a variety of food or kakanin. They also serve alcoholic drinks by the way.
We had pansit molo at the cafe before we went inside the mansion, and then we tasted the halo-halo of Sabor Ilonggo before we left.

Yes, coz it’s not a residential mansion anymore but a commercial establishment owned by SM. That’s why all you can see on the groundfloor are the Kultura merchandise. And I guess what’s on the second floor depends on who’s renting the space for their display like paintings and the like.
