Пятиэтажный доходный дом построен в 1899-1900-х годах архитектором Николаем Никоновым по собственному проекту. В силу своей красоты дом получил народное название "пряничный". Представляет собой шедевр городской архитектуры в неорусском стиле. Великолепен декор фасада с многоцветной керамикой, фигурной кирпичной кладкой, своеобразными изразцами. С интересом осмотрели некоторые детали архитектуры внутри здания. .

Его построили здесь в 1900 году по проекту архитектора Николая Никитича Никонова в неорусском стиле. Наибольший интерес представляет внешний вид здания.

某些部分看起來具有俄羅斯原始風格 - 就像聖羅勒大教堂一樣。有各種各樣的形狀，大小和顏色，線條的圓度，圓形的窗戶，眾多的自然圖案，入口上方的拱門有圓角等。從外面看起來像薑餅屋 - 童話故事裏的一樣。毫不奇怪，是設計建築師Nikolai Nikonov的作品。採用了新俄羅斯風格，而且還設計許多大教堂。

Заказали необычную экскурсию по парадным города. Нас привели к этому дому. Очень красивый. Сразу выделяется на фоне других домов.
Нам сказали, что в народе дом прозвали Пряничным. Он действительно сказочный. Очень понравился вход в дом, декорации... во дворе можно увидеть башни 🤗

Es un edificio de la época zarista, que era propiedad de una familia noble. Hacia el final del siglo XIX fue convertido en edificio de renta. Actualmente ha sido reciclado y hay viviendas, hoteleria y apartamentos en alquiler temporario. En la foto se puede ver la antigua torre que era la residencia ducal, y la puerta de servicio con el complejo azulejado decorativo

Here, very near to the Cathedral Of Our Lady Of Vladimir, as a matter of fact something to the north from it, is located this wondrous by its exterior appearance the Gingerbread House. In the Kolokolnaya Ulitsa(The Street of Chimes), this house of former boyars(boyarins),i.e. the landlords or dukes, distinguishes itself with outstanding decoration of facades, all in mosaics of majolica, built in the beginning of 19th century. Also it is considered in the past as one profitable house, since some trades had been closely connected with the undertaking of its owners. The design of the Gingerbread House was done in the shape of one old,beautiful and above all, unusual russian tower house or as the Russian call it, the "terem", which signifies the tower room ( the upper storey for the female members of the boyarin's or duke's family).
One more place of interest in the historical part of St Petersburg.
By the way, it would be interesting to get knowing why it is called " The Gingerbread House", perhaps due to the producing and trading of such cakes and cookies of ginger and molasses, I just don't know.

Этот доходный дом начала 19 века бесспорно является украшением города. Обязательно стоит зайти на колокольную улицу в солнечный день, чтобы посмотреть, как красиво он переливается в лучах северного солнца.
