The water park does not meet the rating at all, the slide is small, the relationship is rough, very messy. Cafes are very expensive. Not recommended. Novosibirsk Aquamir is much better

Rough treatment of visitors, few slides, price and service mismatch, terrible food. Everywhere in the world, children are replaced by height, in scuba, by age... children under 12 are not allowed on interesting slides, one disappointment, a waste of time and money.

What to say. The water park loved it. The slides were all working. My 13-year-old son's on a roll and he's still asking to come here. My husband and I hit the road, too. I've never seen mud anywhere. The pools are clean with warm water. The water is salty chlorinated. Paid 7,500 for three. Food was taken with them. The instructors are all on the ground watching, working. From Sochi, they took a taxi for 1.5 hours, 1,500 rubles. I'd still go😊

Half of the slides are not working, and from the half that was working, one was closed. To eat, you need to leave the building, walk about 100 meters, go up to the second floor, where it is, no one says anything, the staff doesn’t know, they came in swimsuits, they returned us, they say, go get dressed, there is dirt everywhere, although they are trying to clean up more. I won’t go there 15 years ago it was much better and the price tag is 1,000 rubles without lunch 2,500 with lunch lunch like in a canteen there’s a lot of everything, well, 80% is impossible to eat in a regular canteen and they charge 1,500 rubles for it, it’s easier to eat inside in a restaurant

On January 11, 2024, we visited the water park and the terrible attitude towards visitors began with the passage to the water park; a rude and impolite security guard forced us to show the trunk and contents of the car without explanation, otherwise we would be denied access to the water park. This begs the question for the administration - where is the hospitality? Where is the service and friendliness? Train rude staff in communication service.
The water park had a dirty locker room; the temperature in the room was not suitable for a vacationer in a swimsuit. Where is Rospotrebnadzor looking!!!!!

Yesterday (January 1, 2024) it was just hell in the water park: a huge number of vacationers, the pool and sauna on the second floor are closed for repairs, there is no restriction on entry on the number of people. There are queues for the slides, you can only stand in the pools, there is nowhere to swim, and the locker room is also a madhouse. We paid for the “Ultra All Inclusive” tariff, but it’s better not to go to the water park, and there’s nothing else to do here, so we came here for the water park.

Not worth that kind of money. The day is lost....4800 down the drain! Entertainment for children 3+, An 11 year old child is not interested in what there is interest in from 12 years old

We were afraid and were not very prepared, judging by the reviews). Quite a normal water park. We spent the whole day there with our family and enjoyed it!

It’s a shame if this is considered the best water park(((. Half of the skating circles are deflated. It smells very strongly of chlorine (hisses my eyes and skin). I cut myself on glass at the bottom of the pool. It’s very dirty in the locker room. When asked about free food, we were told: there’s nothing free here for you, no, in a rude tone. There are not enough storage rooms for everyone. But there is one plus - there are a lot of sun loungers that are 10 centimeters apart. I think there is a better water park in the Krasnodar region.

У кого есть проблемы с родимыми пятнами на теле например на спине как у меня лучше сюда не ездить. Мне нельзя снимать футболку ибо если сгорю на солнце, то может быть рак из за родимого пятная. Меня не ПУСТИЛИ не на одну горку т.к якобы в футболке нельзя. Что за бред везде можно, а здесь нельзя?! 1700 выкинуты на ветер. Спасибо за хороший отдых!

Ну вообще то это нормально. В хлопоке купаться нельзя. Такая же ситуация была у меня в аквапарке в Мумбаи. Они там все одетые купаются, но эта одежда из синтетических материалов должна быть.

Ольга, здравствуйте! Прочитала ваш отзыв про Аквапарк Лоо. Планирую ненадолго сходить туда с ребенком. Так вот очень интересует: ребенок, которому 2 года в чем купался? Нужны ли специальные трусики-подгузники для плавания? Или можно обычные плавки. Спасибо!
