Have a Venture X which I thought gave free access to all Plaza Premium lounges, but turns out that’s not the case with rail station lounges in China. I ended up paying for a 3-hour pass anyway. It came out to around $6 USD.
The lounge is pretty lackluster compared to airport lounges. Only prepackaged snacks like almond cookies and sodas were offered here. But overall, it’s a nice escape from the chaos of the Shenzhen rail station.
If you’re thinking of arriving at the station earlier to check out the lounge, I say don’t bother. Spend your time elsewhere and arrive just before your departure train. It’ll be a better use of your time.

Large business room. Lots of space for placement. There is a relaxation area. Shower rooms. But it’s somehow not comfortable. Food - NOTHING. There were two types of soup, one was a cream soup type and the other was red in color. Both, none... For the second course - chicken and fish... both variable. Plus, the vegetables are boiled. In a multicooker type - rice... In short, we didn’t eat... Tea, coffee, drinks... Separate window? I understand that there is Chinese food there... Yes, if you want to connect to Wi-Fi, you cannot connect by phone (I tried it, it didn’t work - I didn’t receive an SMS). At the entrance, there is a machine on the left, it scans your passport and a coupon with a login and password comes out.
