Zoesha/Zoe became our guide during a short visit to Xi-an in June 2015. She was very mindful as to gave a set of terracotta warriors miniature to my Son who celebrated his 6 years old birthday in Xi-an. She prepared bottled water for the trip, adapted at our request and provided interesting insights at every stops. I highly recommend her for anyone planning to travel to Xi-an.

Zoe is a fantastic. She made the whole trip very enjoyable. She is a very trustworthy local. I would recommend her to anyone in Xi'an!!

Total attention to detail means no problems arise to derail the trip and results in a relaxing time. I thoroughly enjoyed my tour & would recommend it to all. Personal service means everything and it is delivered here.

Nice history basics on the way to spot. Midway we had a chance to buy some souvenirs. Smooth and trustworthy.

We have recently returned from a 2 week tour of China. We spent just two nights in Xi'an but felt as if we had made the most of our limited time there due to the excellent service we received from guide, Zoe. Her standard of spoken English was very good and she was very knowledgeable about all the attractions and their history. She struck a very good balance between being attentive and informative but also giving us time on our own if we wanted it. As well as taking us to all the attractions we had requested, she also made other suggestions. We took up the suggestion of cycling round the city walls, which we very much enjoyed. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to other tourists visiting Xi'an.

Our full tour of China included 3 days in Xian. We where meets at the airport by Zoe. She introduced herself, accompanied us to our waiting car and driver and where driven to the hotel, where she assisted us in booking in. On the way from the airport she gave us a very interesting commentary on the history of Xian and its surroundings. Her English and the ability to communicate with us was very good. Our tours of the ancient history museum, the entombed warriors, city wall and others where carried out in a professional manner. A highlight was the tea ceremony and lunch prior to the tour of the warriors.
Zoe picked us up and took us to the airport on the last day in Xian and took us through check in till we had to say goodbye at the security gate.
Her concern for our welfare(being both seniors)and her willingness to "go the extra mile" was appreciated. Should we ever do a trip to Xian again we would have no hesitation in contacting Zoe again to look after us

Booked a private tour for my husband and myself in X'ian. Our guide, Zoe, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. She was very service oriented and was keen to do a good job. She worked hard to deliver on our expectations and make our trip memorable. Zoe collected us from the airport, took us to our hotel, escorted us through the terracotta warriors, Muslim Street and the city wall. Zoe's English and subject matter knowledge was excellent. I would be happy to recommend her.

my sister and i had zoe as our guide for two days tour in xian , we were picked up from airpot ,on the way to our hotel ,zoe gave us very intrested information about xian and and history in china , we really enjoy that , when we arrived at hotel she helped us to check in and make sure our room is comfortable for us ,then we visited big wild goose pogda, and history mueaum in xian ,it is lovely to look at it , if without zoe we can hardly understood , zoe was very patient , my sister have listening promblem , no matter how many times my sister asked same qustions ,she always happy to answer, and even tell us more , i have to say zoe thank you very much for your good job , we had very good tour with u.

M aunt came to visit me in China for 10 days and we decided to visit Xi'an for two days. As we were unsure of best places to go and get around, we decided to book a tour. We rang a number on the leaflet and booked it all in 10 mins. We chose the Delux day tour, which included the Terracotta Army, The Emperor’s tomb, Benpo Settlement, Dumpling Feast and Tang Dynsty show. We were sent a text message confirming this.
Zoe met us in the hotel and came to collect us from the room. We were travelling in a comfy mini-bus with 5 other tourists. Zoe spoke excellent english and was very knowledgeable, not just about the attractions, but of the local area and chinese history as well. She also included other items not specified in the tour such as the offical factory for chinese lacquer furniture and replicas of the army and a fabulous Tea Ceremony, where we could taste different traditional teas and learn more about the ceremony and different teas. Lunch was also provided in the tour at a lovely restaurant.
The only slight downside of the tour, was that I wish we could have stayed longer at the Benpo settlement, as it was fascinating to see and hear about this ancient matriarchal society and it was set in beautiful grounds.
But overall this trip was fantastic deal and allowed us to see so much of Xi'an in the short time we were there. We would never have managed to do all of this by ourselves. We didn't have to pay until the end and it was worth every penny.

we are family four now living in shanghai, we were so luck to use zoe's tour in xian, before we came zoe organize everying in detail for us , tour guide and car ect, maggie is our tour guide She took us to see terracotta warrior sites and gave us the history in commend English, her knowledge of Chinese history was good , always with smile on her face, the driver also very good , very nice to us too , they prepered water for us , our kid also very like them,
I got account with Trip Advisor just to write this review for zoe's tour .because I was so happy choose right one in xian , i definatly recomend zoe's tour to my friend!!

HI! Nice reviews posted here. Myself and a friend living here in Hubei were interested in touring Xi’an for a couple days. I see the reviews are for a one day tour. There are so many attractions...is it really all in one day? We are able to stay in Xi’an about 2 or 3 days. We are looking to get there about Feb 9. Wanted to know more about pricing for tours? ? We may be coming on the fast train and may stay at a hotel called Ibis.

SInce I traveled with Zoesha last year, I think the price of entrance tickets in some places are likely to increase. I think it is better for you to contact Zoesha directly for the updated price. You can contact her through tripadvisor or tourguides viator. When it comes to visiting attractions, I think it depends on how you would like to have your holiday. If you want a relax one, then I suggest you to visit only two tourist attractions during the day and one attraction at night. But if the locations are not too far from each other. You can visit three places during a day. Happy Holiday.
