コロナの影響で札幌大通りのビアガーデンは中止となり、アサヒビール園も売り上げが下がってると聞きました。今年はビール園の芝生の所でビールが飲めるということで行って来ました。
地下鉄白石駅からゆっくり歩いて10分です。路線バスもありますが、1時間に1本と不便でした。
お肉のセットとビールを単品で注文、飲み放題食べ放題は室内のみでした。夕方17時から始めて、薄暗くなって来たのでお開きにしました。風が強いといろんな物が飛びますので注意が必要です。来年も外でジンギスカンしたいなぁ。

いろんなビール工場見学していますが案内係のお姉さんが素晴らしかったです 見学者の一人一人に声をかけていただいたり一番感動したのは案内後に売店のお仕事までされていました 試飲の際も人数が少なかったからかもしれませんが名前の書いたプレートまでご用意いただいていました ビールはもちろん全部美味しかったです♪素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました

A Beer Lovers Paradise I must say. We went there on a weekend so we are not that fortunate to see the production process, However, they still give tours, a FREE TOUR😊. Just make a reservation via phone, if you don't have a Japanese number, you may also ask your Hotel Front Desk to assist you. For Non Japanese speaking tourists like us, you just have to ask a headset from the reception, they have this laminated paper where instructions were given.
Also, you will notice some people wearing an ID/Pass, so don't panic. Those are just for the designated drivers or people that came there using a vehicle (Bicycles, Motorbikes and Cars).
They have 14 stops, which gives brief discussion about the things that is happening on that specific area of production which is a cool thing🙌🙌.
And the final and the most awaited thing is the FREE BEER TASTING. Each person get to taste (3) half pint Beer of your choice for 20mins. They will also teach you how to pour your canned beers in a glass the right way. 🍺🍺

This is was a really great brewery experience we called one day prior to make the reservation utilizing this number: 011 863 3515 from my Japanese cellphone. The production is closed on weekends so we didn't get to see the brewery in action, but they still took us through the factory and was able to see everything and even taste test barley and hops! As the tour is completely in Japanese they have an option to download an app and use headphones to listen to each sequence, I recommend bringing your own headphones as the ones they give are awkward. If you don't have a phone or headphone capable device the will offer a phone with a headphone to take with you all for free. At the end they bring you to a hall where you have exactly 20 minutes (they asked us to leave as I was still trying to down my last beer) to taste six different kinds of Asahi, but you may only have up to three beers which are half pint size.

If you follow the google map instructions you may find the route takes you to the back of the building!!!! Keep walking round and you eventually get to the front door!!! The guide we had was excellent. The tour is in Japanese but you get an audio guide in English. The guide had limited English but was able to give some information which was great. You have 20mins at the end of the tour to drink your 3 beers. And all for free, excellent value!

札幌に出かけました。アサヒビールの工場見学をさせていただきました。再新設備で缶ビールが量産されています。工場見学後試飲が有ります。美味しいビールを頂きました。ありがとうございました。

アサヒビールの工場見学は何度も行っていますが、季節によって見学だけでなく子供がもの作りを体験出来るイベントもやってます。ちょうどスケジュールがあったので行って来ました。リサイクルについて学びながらの工場見学をしてから段ボールを使ってウサギの写真立てを作りました。その後は大半の参加者が楽しみにしているだろう試飲タイム。
昔はサッポロビールの工場見学も無料でしたが、今でも無料継続はアサヒビールだけ。20分超で3杯まで飲めます。最初の1杯はスーパードライのみですが、2杯目以降はエキストラコールド、豊穣、琥珀の時間から好きなものが飲めます！
子どもやドライバーはソフトドリンクですがノンアルコールビールもあり、こちらも缶の交換でお代わり出来ます。大人も子どもも楽しめる素敵な場所ですね。

Make sure you book the 90-minute tour before you go as the tour is in demand. It includes 20 minutes of 3 types of generous beer sampling. Non-drinkers get to select other drinks like tea, juices or Asahi zero. The tour is conducted in Japanese with English audio though not everyone gets the audio as they are limited. The guide speaks only in Japanese and the short film which starts the tour has no English subtitles. Best take public transportation to the Brewery as they are very particular in identifying the driver if you come by car. The train station is like a ten-minute walk from the Brewery. Taxi rides are also good.

The tour is free but the guided tour is only in Japanese. For other languages, they give you a cell phone that plays blurbs in English etc for various stops on the tour.
Our guide, Yoshida-San was excellent. He even made an effort to answer questions in English whenever we asked.
Best to make reservations. They speak English on the reservation line. They also have coin lockers available.
You are allowed to take photos on the tour but no video. At the end, you are seating in the tasting room. When you enter you get a glass of the super dry. And it’s a regular sized glass. Not a tiny one. They have signs welcoming your party with your name on it. The guide further explains best way to put their beer into a glass etc. They also serve a beer called Extra Cold which is not sold in bottles or cans and not outside of Hokkaidō. That was my boyfriend’s favorite.
I tried the orange soda and it was delicious.
Even if you don’t drink, if you enjoy learning about processes, it’s pretty interesting.

I live here currently so it’s a local number.
The Coast Guard answered when I dialed the listed number. My husband tried as well and got the Coast Guard.

You give the attraction a low rating because mgmt doesn't provide the same content and level of service to foreign visitors as they do for domestic visitors. It seems your expectations may have been too high. How many breweries in America cater to the needs and interests of foreign tourists to the same degree as they do for domestic tourists?

I used 011 863 3515 to dial from my Japanese phone and was able to get a reservation 12OCT19 @1300. You must call to make reservation the brewery won’t answer on here. Recommend doing it on a weekday as the production is closed on the weekend, but they still let you see everything!

I understand why you ask! I never saw a map with the correct resolution to find the place, and basically wandered around asking the locals until someone knew what I wanted. I urge you to insist the desk at your hotel call and take meticulous notes about directions from the subway. Good luck!
