I've partied here until 9am one time. So if it's around 5am, and you are looking for some place to go where there are still lots of people in Kuala Lumpur, this is it.
On the 2nd floor, they have a gentlemen's club where they employ Thai girls to entertain customers. The girls earn commission when you buy flowers or drinks for them.
On the 1st floor, they have private karaoke rooms that are open 24 hours.
On the Ground floor, the have a large room disco room that is open to the public that was open until 9am the last time I went. You can ask the waiters alcohol, or whatever your drug of choice is, they have it.
If you take the escalator up to the 1st floor, they also have a "Sauna/Massage" place where they employ girls from Vietnam and China.
The entire building is one big sin city.
