The best stocked bookstore in KL can nowadays offer the same array of recently published international best sellers as any world capital. In addition they have a large collection of books on Asia in English, also fiction by local authors.

One of the best book stores in Kuala Lumpur

This internationally recognised bookstore remains one of my favourite hideouts during my sojourn in Kuala Lumpur. It is comforting to find books of a wide range, catering to the needs and liking of almost anyone. Unfortunately, some of the books were wrapped tightly in plastic, making casual reading impossible. For my first trip to this bookstore, I had managed to find 3 notebooks, 2 in Vincent Van Gogh and 1 in Bodleian Libraries for purchase, a CNY-themed pouch bag and file from Loka Made brand. There are some interesting Penguin Books theme tote bags selling at Kuala Lumpur, which Singapore doesn’t have! However, the travel section in KL store is rather limited as compared to Singapore. I certainly look forward to re-visiting this store again in my future trips to Kuala Lumpur, subject to time availability.

Largest Book Store in Malaysia

My wife and I visited this impressive book store during our recent holiday in Kuala Lumpur. I think it is the largest book store in Malaysia. It would be easy for book lovers to spend a few hours in this store.

Этот книжный просто мечта, если вы обожаете читать, то тут зависните надолго! Мало того, что все ужасно красиво выставлено, так огромный выбор книг на любой вкус, а сколько тут манги и комиксов!
Пока была недалеко - заходила несколько раз! И если вдруг…буду еще раз - обязательно заскочу, мне кажется, что такие книжные как раз созданы, чтобы соблазнять и…чтобы люди получали удовольствие от процесса покупки)

A must visit if you are in the town. Good hang out place for family. Getting books where you couldnt get in else where. You can enjoy a wonderful view of KLCC Park from the bookstore.

Hands down the best english bookstore in asia with branches in japan, singapore, malaysia and thailand. Huge selection of english books, plus japanese of course. Then thail and malay books depending on country

Vast Selection of Books in Different Languages

Kinokuniya is amongst my favourite bookstores to visit in the Klang Valley. The books might be higher priced compare to other chains, but it made up with its quick on-shelf time and in-depth selection on a topic. I usually frequent the manga section, which covers most mainstream titles, also some hidden jewel titles.

A must visit for bookworms. 10/10.

Biggest and best bookstore in town

Don’t miss this huge bookstore on the top floor of Suria KLCC shopping mall. There’s a wide range of English books and magazines, including special offers on the latest releases. There’s also great views from the cafe of the city skyline.

Gigantic Japanese owned bookstore located at KLCC mall beneath the Petronas Towers...books in all languages and types, you could spend a day here or just for a rain delay!
