I sent email enquiries over two weeks ago. No response at all. Why have email addresses available to customers, if you won't check them and respond? I emailed Thomas and Balakrishnan. Nothing!

We booked all our tours with this company through VJ and we were very happy with their service. VJ is very accommodating and patient with us even we are always late in our agreed time. He is always with a smile and very helpful. My family really enjoyed Kuala Lumpur with their help. Would surely book with them on our return to Malaysia! 😊 Thanks so much!

I used the services about this agency since many years ; My friend VJ take care of me all over his country.
Its services are serious, not onerous; He is cordial, friendly, and very helpful.

I booked their car rental service to send and pick me from the KLIA Airport from the city. It was a smooth and pleasant all the way as the car picked me up and reached safely on time. While on my return i just had to text the company when i landed and the car was waiting for right on time. Excellent service !!
