Unique experience: very nice & kind staff, very relaxing massage and unique gold facial. A must go if you happen to be in KL.

In a simple word they are only recruiting the top massage therapist in town!

The whole experience is wonderful. The Empower Me spa session will make you feel truly rejuvenated and leaving you feel totally empowered. My entire body feels relaxed and my face was totally brightened. The ambience is so regal. The entire experience is wonderful. Highly recommended.

I had the most amazing spa treatment by Lea. I recommend the Balinese massage. I also cancel and reschedule a few times but staff was so accommodating especially Najiah. Thank you for the memorable moment and see you again.- Mazlina

Having had a difficult couple of days I decided to pamper myself at the Four Seasons spa with a massage . I opted for an hour shoulder neck and scalp treatment . What a good choice . I was welcomed by Leah , who was to be my masseuse , and offered a tea ( I opted for ginger ) in the beautifully appointed lounge area before the treatment started . I immediately felt that feeling of serenity and wellbeing . Onto the massage . Leah was bubbly and chatty but totally professional and was extremely good at what she did . Just the right pressure which we discussed before she started . I had the full hour from when she first started to massage until when she finished , unlike some of my previous experiences elsewhere . After the treatment I was back in the lounge to wind down with more tea , this time camomile , accompanied by cookies and dried fruit . Cold drinks were also available —— all in the treatment price . What an experience , fabulous !!! Yes of course you can get cheaper massages elsewhere but the four seasons use high quality products and the spa is luxurious. The whole experience was worth every penny and I was that impressed and satisfied I booked another session before I left . Thank you Leah thank you Four seasons .

I opted for the shoulder , neck and scalp option —— what a great choice starting with a welcoming drink —- I opted for ginger tea —- in a beautiful lounge before treatment started . The lovely Leah looked after me fantastically . Bubbly and chatty but totally professional . She gave a great massage with good quality products as you would expect at the four seasons . and it’s far more thorough than just shoulder , neck and scalp . Well done Leah . After treatment I relaxed back in the lounge with more tea — this time chamomile— juice , cookies and dried fruit all complimentary . There was no pressure to vacate the lounge til I was ready . I was that impressed by the whole experience I booked another session before leaving . Well done all

This is a truly great experience at Four Seasons KL.
Nicole greeted us so warmly and made sure to explain and accommodate all our queries so as to book the treatments.
Both Veronica as well as Sam are amazing therapists that pamper you all the way and make you feel so relaxed and enjoy every minute of the spa rituals.
The ambience is also exquisite and really makes the spa experience unique!
Thank you all the team for such a wonderful time.

From the minute you enter you feel special . The lovely Nicole and Madey give you such a warm welcome. The whole cast of staff go over and beyond the level of service expected at the four seasons . The gym facilities are first class and Armero and Fastkash are great PTs if you fancy that extra work out whilst visiting. The pool is fantastic with fabulous views of KL . The poolside dining is a treat too . Good food at reasonable prices . I love visiting this spa at every opportunity.
