Really enjoyed this food tour! Karlson was knowledgable about food and Malay culture and was generous with sharing of information. Plenty of yummy food and great company!

We had a great evening with Karlson who firstly was very understanding when we arrived late due to bad traffic☺️. It was just us with him so he was able to tailor the experience a bit and we ate Malay, follow by Indian and finished with Chinese food. We wouldn’t have had a clue where to start or what was good to eat on our own, but Karlson knew all the best places at all the best stops. We also got a lot of history and background on the areas we visited.
Just felt like we were out with a mate for the evening.
Never been so full in my life though and definitely didn’t do it all justice!

Booked the tour for me and my wife, it was really good. Karlson was our guide. He treated us more of like his friends rather than just some people on a food tour. Because of this we got to open up conversation on many different topics. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. Karlson is not only a great person but also exceptionally knowledgeable about the local cuisine and culture. He guided us through an unforgettable night of eating, introducing us to some of the best dishes the area has to offer. Every stop was thoughtfully chosen, and we enjoyed delicious food all night long. If you’re looking for an authentic and enjoyable food adventure, I highly recommend this trip.

Food tour with Karlson was great. Experienced a variety of food & food places that we would never have tried on our own! Quality & quantity was excellent at every stop. He even dropped us back at our hotel after to save us getting a taxi. Only disappointing thing was that he didn't share the photos he took

This tour is rated 100% with 5 stars. If ever a person votes even 4.9 out of 5, then they don't know the real meaning of an authentic experience. Becuase this food tour was so authentic and amazing.
The food was all Great, even the ones that were not my favorite, I would still happily eat them and all of the food is actually what locals eat.
The guide, Karlson, is AMAZING. Very knowledgable and heart warming with his service.

We had a great evening with Karlson! We went to 3 different places where we tasted the three major cuisines of Malaysia. To a typical Malaysian food court, an Indian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant. We were more than full and learned all about the culture and cuisines. Highly recommended!

This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Malaysia!
Our guides Charles and Carlson first took us to the local night market where we could taste several freshly made local snacks. We tasted delicious products we never would have chosen ourselves. And even our teenagers loved it!
Our second stop was in Little India where we walked through the shopping street (no pressure to buy something) and tasted a few Indian dishes and drinks.
Afterwards we visited Chinatown and practised our chopstick-skills.
Carlson and Charles made it a wonderful evening with lots of fun, great pictures and even a TikTok dance with the kids.
Great memories!! Thank you, guys!

This tour was a highlight for us! Karlson was a great guide who expertly ordered dishes in 3 different locations so we could get a real taste of Malay, Indian and Chinese cuisine. There was more than enough food, and it was all delicious! The night was such a great way to get familiar with different areas of Kuala Lumpur, which was a nice bonus. We also stopped to try some sweets along the way which were also great. Would highly recommend!

We were a group of 8 with 4 adults and 4 teenagers and had a great night out with Karlson. One member of our group had a number of allergies and Karlson was extremely careful and checked and planned all the locations prior to the tour commencing. We tried a number of different foods that we wouldn't have tried if we were travelling without a guide and were extremely full by the end of the tour. Karlson even took us for a spot of sightseeing. We would definitely recommend this tour company and if you get Karlson as your guide you will have a fantastic night out.

Hey which tour are you keen on? It is possible for off the eaten track or Penang tours. But not recommended for walk n Otr.
No extra payment required.
but no car child seat available.
Our street food may not be suitable for infants/toddlers so we appreciate if you can feed your child prior to your tour

The off the eaten track is a more intimate food tour visiting locations away from the city center with a smaller group. On my tour it was just my wife and I and the tour guide who picked us up in his car and took us to various different places.
