The spa has a relaxing ambience, perfect for unwinding. The massage was effective and met expectations, providing just the right level of pressure. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making the overall experience enjoyable

I have been a customer since 2020 and will try to get appointment for their relaxing massage. The staff and therapist are very skilled, they know where are the areas that needed concentration.Therapist will explain what the treatment benefits and ensure you are ok with the pressure. The treatment room is clean and cosy.

The deep tissue massage by Uroot was highly effective in relieving muscle tension. The therapist targeted tight areas with firm pressure, alleviating stiffness and improving mobility. Though intense at times, it left me feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeable improvement in chronic pain. Highly recommend for muscle discomfort and stress relief.

We had the best spa experience at Uroot Marc Residence. The skills of the massage therapists are exceptional. We all feel like jelly after our 90 mins massage. It was great experience for us all and the price was very reasonable. RM 169 for a blissful 90 mins.

Fantastic massage. The spa is clean and charming. Staff are friendly and professional. Masseuse was excellent. We’ve had massage across Asia (China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal) and this spa was our very best massage. Get here as quickly as possible. You won’t regret a single second.

We gifted our parents a 40 minute foot massage session at Uroot Spa KLCC and they enjoyed it immensely♥️ they accommodated our wishes to schedule both their massages in the same time slot, the staff was polite and professional and the massage was excellent! They were also served a lovely ginger concoction at the end😍 Our parents claim that their legs now feel relaxed and that the tourist walk aches have vanished!✨Would definitely recommend!

The experience was pleasant and so comforting. The masseuse was compassionate and skillful person. At the end of my session they offered ginger tea which was the best way to end the session.
