The setup of the tour was very enjoyable and thorough. I feel like I got to cover a lot of things that I probably would not have been able to do by myself. The driver, Raj, was on time and very kind. The tour guide Dean was incredibly knowledgeable, was open to questions and was was , as a young, sole female traveller I felt very safe throughout. The only things I may hope to improve on is maybe a more detailed description (like a timeline) of the day, because we knew what activities we were doing but didn’t really know when or for how long things would go. Otherwise it was a great trip and I really felt like I got to really experience what I hoped for.

It was great experience. Best tour DriverAman &guide ever I met. We saw a big pam trees and the driver took me to the good places to see rubber trees and pam trees and we also tried to eat durian at the local place. He treat me so kindly we felt peaceful every moment. we 100% wet in the jungle. so take some clothes to change. so saticefied!!❤️ thank you Aman😘

Our driver Murali, was excellent in driving and speaking English on our tour today. He knows so much about the history of Kuala Lumpur and our day just flew by! He was late picking us up because of an accident-that is why I shorted him a star. Thank you Murali🙏🏻

Gladwin was a fabulous tour guide. He was prompt, friendly and full of interesting facts about the area and country. I would highly recommend this tour - it’s a bit of a drive but there was lots to see. The rainforest trek was good exercise - lots of stairs. I was with my older parents and we were not rushed by the guide.

We did a day tour to Taman Negara and to Batu Caves on the way back home. Everything was just perfect. The contact, the organization, just everything. Richard, our driver, was more than in time. He explained us AL lot of things. Din, our guide, in the Taman Negara was also great!!! Thank you all for the great tour and sorry for the delayed review. Best regards, Nina and David

The day trip was amazing! Incredible canopy walk on top of the trees and really fun rapid boat ride. Our guide, Robert, was excellent, super nice, really good driver and told us many interesting facts along the way.

Volgens mij hebben de mensen met een goede review een andere tour gehad. Voor ons een diepe teleurstelling, het was ons geld absoluut niet waard. We kregen de mogelijkheid om te ontbijten, maar de anderen hadden al ontbeten en hebben moeten wachten op ons. De chauffeur was gezellig, maar onderweg naar de jungle kreeg ik het gevoel dat de chauffeur de auto niet altijd onder controle had. In de jungle moesten we ook nog eens camera license betalen. Voor dit bedrag hadden ze dat zelf kunnen doen.
De jungle tour zelf was leuk, de gids in de jungle was deskundig en wist ons veel te vertellen. Na de jungle hadden wij honger en waren er floating restaurants waar je kon lunchen. Helaas hebben wij de keuze niet gehad om daar te eten. We gingen ons even omkleden, kwamen terug en de anderen zaten al te wachten in de auto om weer te vertrekken. Voor dit bedrag had er zeker wel een lunch inbegrepen moeten zijn. Op de terugweg reden we naar de Batugrotten, wat een lange en enge autorit was dat! Bij de Batugrotten werden we achtergelaten en was er niemand die met ons meekwam of iets heeft uitgelegd. We hebben onszelf moeten vermaken. Aan het einde kwam volgens mij de eigenaar Gladwin nog gedag zeggen en gaf hij ons grote maat polo tshirt die we niet eens passen. Beste Gladwin, bedankt voor de shirts maar wij willen een goede tour en geen polo t-shirts die niet eens in mijn volle koffer past. Oh ja! De watervallen? Die hebben we niet gezien ;)
Ik wil daarom graag (een deel van) mijn geld terug :(

Dear Sir,
This tour does not suggest any meals included.
We were told by the driver that when he asked the guests whther they want to have any food (on their own of course), they had replied that since they had a good breakfast, lunch was not necessary.
The T - shirt was a complimentary souvenir and it was given in good faith.
At the Batu Caves I had given a full run-down of Batu Caves and its importance. Maybe a little late!
Since you want a refund, I could give you a complimentary City tour anytiome now.
My sincere apologies for this unforeseen happening.

The tour guide in the jungle was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the forrest and the aboriginal communities we visited. The canopy walk is also a lot of fun!
The drive is long (3 hrs each way) and food was not provided. Since this was stated on the website, we came prepared with some snacks. However, we were expecting our driver to give us some time to eat lunch. This was confusing as it was a day long trip and we were starving afterward. The driver was on his cell phone and he was a very risky driver. We were dropped off at the batu caves which were fantastic, but we had no guide for them (I thought it was part of the package). This was a disappointment for me.
I think the cost doesn’t really justify the services provided. You would be better off renting a car or taking a taxi and driving to the park yourself if your are limited in time (like we were). And you are definitely better off taking the train or taxi to the batu caves since they do not provide a guide for this. If you have more time, I saw they offer some safari tours so you could see some tigers and elephants.

Thank you for a negative review - the first review in all of my 20 years working with tripadvisor . My driver did not meet up to expectations. The Nature Guide was fantastic.
Food was never mentioned in the clip that was shown during the booking. Very much earlier food was provided but after the price reduction food was removed. Please double check your facts. Food was taken out because we have guests who preferred certain foods and in a remote jungle atmosphere, we could not cater for guests' request. Yes there was mention of food in the older versions of the tour itinerary which are yet to be removed.
Batu Caves is a bonus stop and there was no mention of any guide services. I had personally seen the guests at Batu Caves and after giving them souvenir T-shirts, I did explain to them about the Batu Caves and its significance.
Perhaps guest should have asked the driver to take them to a food outlet when they were hungry.

We absolutely loved our day trip from Kuala Lumpur to Taman Negara.
The booking process was smooth and Gladwin gave us precise instructions ahead of the trip to ensure we were well prepared.
The day of the trip went extremely smoothly. We were picked up early. The drive was fairly long, but comfortable and very relaxed. Gladwin is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with lots of insights into Taman Negara and Malysia in general.
Once at the national park, we had a fabulous time, hiking, visiting an indigenous village and on the rapids (a real highlight, surrounded by lush greenery).
On our return, we stopped by the Batu Caves and finished off the day with some Indian treats and tea.
Definitely one of the highlights during our trip to Malaysia. We would love to go back again one day.
One thing to note: You will get wet in the rapids, so do make sure to bring a full change of clothes (top and lower half!). The rapids are a real highlight and will be a welcome relief from the hot weather! We also recommend to bring a good amount of water to drink. This will come in handy in the heat, especially if you decide to climb the extra bit to Bukit Terisek during the hike that kicks off the day.

ツアーガイドのGladwinさんと楽しい1日を過ごすことができました。
Tamar Negaraまでは車で4時間程度かかりますが、貸切なのでいつでも好きな時にトイレ休憩等のリクエストができます。
Gladwinさんはとてもナイスガイで楽しく会話をしていたら片道4時間もあっという間でした。
ジャングルツアーは森の中の木と気を繋いだ吊り橋(キャノピーウォーク)が思った以上に高さがあり下を見ることが出来ずスリル満点でした。
ジャングルボートでのクルーズは快適で楽しいものでした。
帰りにバトゥ洞窟へ行きそこのカフェでお茶とインドの甘くないドーナッツvadaをご馳走になりました。
バトゥ洞窟の階段には猿が沢山いて至近距離で猿を見ることが出来ます。

Hello, is there leeches in the circuit ?? I would like to take the 3 days tour Cameron Highlands and Taman Negara but we really really don't want to deal with those little bugs, is it mandatory if we want a Taman visit or the circuit is away from the jungle ? Thank you !

Hi Everdeen,
Yes there are leeches in the jungle, but the pathway is wide and all contact with the leeches is beyond your reach.
There has been no complaint of any leech bites thus far.
We could do a short walk if you so desire, but then you will miss the view of our Tallest Mountains which is at the end of the walk.
We will take of that . Not to worry.
Please let us have your booking date, your hotel in KL and your country of origin.
Please note that come July - September its the super peak season in Malaysia.
Early booking is advised.

The itinerary should read as follows:
140617 0700hrs Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Tahan, bonus stop at Batu Caves, then to Kuala Tahan and do all activities same day : Canopy Walkway, Jungle Trekking, Rapids shooting, Aborigine Village visit and Nite Jungle walk. Lunch and dinner included. with hotel 2 rooms twin sharing. Free flow mineral water.
150617 0800hrs After breakfast take a shuttle service to Perhentian Kechil from Kuala Tahan.
Price : 1 Nite with all activities and shuttle service USD 200 each x 4 = USD 800.
This is the best offer and please let us know early as we need to book the room in Taman Negara. The peak season is here.

Hi Sir, yes we can. Its called Taman Negara Day Tour and we elave 0700hrs in the morning and return 2000hrs. Enroute we stop at the Batu Caves as a bonus stop as it is on the way.
