Yes it is very easy to get taxis. You can go taxionline and book. It cost us about 100 dollars. I did the taxi booking online for both arrival and departure. After that u keep the receipt and when book ask for "Meet and great." They will pick u with your name on a board. Or else when you arrive there is taxipoint u can book and they will send u a taxi. Taxis drives whole night and it is very safe.

In Kuala Lumpur there are the Petronas Towers, the fountains at night outside the towers, China Town, Brickfields, the Royal Palace, Central Market, there are gardens, Batu Caves are not an expensive taxi ride away they are worth a visit. I like just soaking up the atmosphere. I haven't been to Langkawi but I'm told the beaches are lovely.

For two people it cost us MYR 170, (approx.R512) buy your tickets in advance online as they are nearly always sold out on the day!

Bonjour, vous allez trouver beaucoup de magasins de tissus dans Little India, mais dont je connais pas la qualité puisque je ne les ai pas visité. J'y ai surtout remarqué le nombre impressionnant de restaurants et m'y suis prêté plusieurs fois pour manger et c'était toujours délicieux. Par contre, le quartier Chow Kit où je logeais, regorge de marchands de tissus et vêtements de mercerie provenant de toutes les régions du monde. C'est un quartier où les immigrants font des affaires et c'est tout près du centre-ville et des tours Petronas. Vous trouverez ces marchands plus particulièrement autour de Semua House sur Jalan Bunus 6 et Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman dont vous trouverez les directions sur Trip Advisor. Bon séjour en Malaisie!

We were very disappointed with the shopping in Little India. Much better shopping in Bugis Street and the surrounding area.

Most things will be open but some temples will be hard to get into because of new year celebrations and most of the attraction's will be open as as well. Have a great time there it is magical.
