Excellent endroit. L’ambiance est génial. J’ai passé de superbe soirée la bas dans un style Irish. C’était vraiment agréable.

Пришли в 8-9 вечера, бар был пустой, один человек играл с барменом в бильярд, а по барной стойке бегала мышь. Печально.

I’ve long asserted that if you look hard enough, you will find an Irish pub in every city around the world. Some are so “formula” you could be anywhere — except Ireland that is. At the other end of the spectrum, some just decorate with a few Guinness posters, maybe an Irish flag or two, and something else “Irish”. Rogan’s falls into the latter category, and the something else “Irish” is a pair of unique playing sticks mounted above the bar. The bartender didn’t actually know what they were: “they’re for some sport they play in Ireland” he said. No kidding! We remembered seeing them in use in Ireland but forgot the name of the sport — so we looked it up later, it’s the ancient but still played Gaelic sport of hurling. Time for the Irish to set standards for bars advertising they are Irish!

A visit to Mahe is not complete till you experience the Irish Pub.
It's such a friendly spot with great atmosphere and entertainment.The owner Pat will make you feel welcome and will go to any length to make your visit a memorable one.The staff are more than friendly and there is a warm and fun feel about the place. The Guinness is first class and there is a wide selection of beers.. Pat and locals are not shy about belting out songs karokee style.
This pub is so quirky and cool you got to love it!! If you are looking for a bit of craic head there and you'll be glad you did.. We would highly recommend it.

I work on cruiseships and we were in the Seychelles every two weeks. Even if they are one of the most desired locations in the world to go to, for us the first two times we stopped there, everything was shut at night. Rogan's however wasn't. Just a few minutes walk from the city centre and inside the port, Rogan's shows sports, plays great music, has wifi, karaoke, friendly staff, a pool table plus Guinness and Magners.

Bonne musique, excellente bière pression, un Patron à l'âme Irlandaise vraiment très chaleureux et sympathique. Tout est réunis dans ce Pub irlandais pour y passer une très très belle soirée.
Amateur de Karaoke, courrez-y !!!!

grand choix de bieres bouteilles ou pression , excellente ambiance notamment les soirs de karaoke le mercredi et le vendredi. une partie de billard avec une bonne biere....

I had 23hrs to kill in Mahe between flights and almost no cash. I found myself a lift into Victoria and asked the guys for a decent Creole bar. A flashing shamrock outside didn't instil confidence that i was in the right place for some local drinking. But a good mix of locals and tourists packing out the second floor room till 3am, hitting the guinness, karaoke and nicely mixed tunes convinced me a legit Irish bar fits seamlessly with the bizarre caribbean island/indian ocean thing the Seychelles has going on.
Pat Rogan is an old school landlord and a genuine Co. Mayo lad whos traded the West Coast for a sunnier island. His place is every bit Irish and Creole and not to be missed - even with less than a day on Mahe.

Came here twice whilst in Seychelles and both nights it was karaoke. Only had the one sing song but enjoyed the whole vibe both nights. The drinks are reasonably priced and the people who go here are very diverse. Met the owner who was very friendly and made us feel even more welcome. Bar staff are very handsome and also very helpful. Had a great night both nights here and would definitely go back. Bit hidden but a great find.

There are "packaged" Irish bars all over the world......but not this one.Rogans is as authentically Irish as it's landlord. If you are in the islands and on Mahe a visit to Rogans is a time well spent. There is always something happening there and the bar food is excellent. Whether you simply wish to relax with a drink or join in a sing song there is something for you. Many a legendary night has been had in this spot. When proprietor Pat is there then the place is even more alive. A must visit.
