这次来到Rizal Park（黎刹公园），我和40多年前最后一次看到它时一样，充满了敬畏之情，但作为一个国家的中心公园，我很怀疑它是否真的有被很好地管理和维护。这里流浪汉横行，无家可归，简直就是全国的耻辱。我们的政府，公园的管理员到底在做什么?!难道是在帮助无家可归的人?这个地区的博物馆是免费的，十分干净整洁，工作人员高效而且非常有素质有礼貌。

这座绿色的公园里有更多的纪念碑和雕像。甚至还能看到有喷泉的小湖。遗憾的是很多无家可归人和乞丐也喜欢来公园。

开车，坐出租车或用Grab软件乘车是游客前往黎刹公园最便捷的方式，我还建议清晨或下午晚些时候去逛逛以避开马尼拉的炎热。参观了黎刹纪念碑，这是菲律宾最受欢迎的标志之一，会出现在汽车牌照上，账单上等等，在游玩马尼拉或菲律宾时，必须要拍张黎刹纪念碑的照片。在西班牙马德里，靠近地铁Islas Filipinas站的地方有一个精确的副本，但略小一点的黎刹纪念碑。

公园很漂亮而且维护的很好。我们没有在公园散步因为我们游览的那天太热、太潮湿，不过我们步行去了主要的纪念碑。

When i go to Manila i don´t have a car - but there is a small parking lot Parallel road to United nations ave.
You could also park at the Manila Ocean Park - But I'm not sure. Best look in the city map

Just wanna ask if tomorrow sunday feb 01, 2015 ay may morning musical dancing fountain. I have read kc a blog na meron daw 6am and 6pm every tusday to sunday. The blog has no date so i dunno if it was updated. I also wanna ask if yung guided tiour na php 10.00 is dun na rin sa may entrance mismo babayaran? Thanks.
