Have been playing in a weekly rec league, and regardless of what lane we are assigned to, there are mechanical issues. The ball return didn't work, the pin reset gets stuck, you name the problem and it has happened. This ends up delaying our game and we do not get our money's worth.

Took family there today 01/29/23. Ladies at front desk were great, very polite and efficient. Bowled one game, service was great, food was great. Then bought cards for the kids to play some of the games. Everyone there was great.....until. Until the kids went to redeem their tickets and we could not get anyone to help us. I had multiple employees walk by and just ignore the growing crowd of people waiting to redeem their tickets for prizes. We waited for about 15 minutes when I finally said something to one of the employees, and I got a smartass reply back from him. Then I approached the concierge and she called for help 3 times. About 5 minutes later the person in charge finally showed up. There were at least 10 people waiting for approximately 20 minutes. This honestly ruined the experience for us.

Had fun with my family. Sunday night was a good day to go as they had specials. Lots of bowling lanes, lots of arcade games for kids. Saw a bar and pool tables for that crowd. I believe they had a seperate room for ping pong tables. 2 sets of bathrooms. Food. Overall good time. If I was looking for this type of entertainment I wouldn't have a problem coming back.

Such a fun place. My other half hosts a bowling tournament here every year for a client and they go out of their way to make it a great experience. The place is always spotless and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.
I will say I am extremely impressed with the food and cocktails here. They provide the catering for the tournament and it's always delicious. I did not expect fajitas and then especially did not expect them to be so tasty coming from a bowling alley. I always end up eating way too much because it is so good. The drinks are tasty and well done. I never feel like they're watering them down or shorting the liquor and hiding it with more mixer.
If I had one complaint it would be about the balls. I guess the balls are always just stored on the returns of the individual lanes rather than in a ball display. This creates is a bit awkward because I feel weird going up to another lane and taking a ball if one at my lane won't work. It also creates a backup. You're constantly moving balls out the return lane because there are so many the balls are moving on their own like they should.
Overall, though, this place is a fantastic way to spend an evening or weekend. They have an arcade if the kids get bored with bowling, but I've never used it. I just can't get enough time on the lanes when I'm there.

Went to Bowlmor Dallas recently for a corporate event. It seemed like a good opportunity for team interaction and a nice way to relax after a day of business meetings.
Bowlmor was actually a full-scale activity zone. Though our event was focused on bowling, there were pool tables, arcade games, etc. around the large space. We had multiple lanes and the set-up was great for our size group. It was quite an easy process for us to get our shoes and start bowling.
There were some appetizers near the lanes where we were bowling and the wait staff stopped by early and often to ensure that we had beverages. Chicken fingers and nacho chips were the only thing worth eating. (The chicken tacos was a great idea, but I did not understand using chicken salad, so I skipped those.)
Overall the Bowlmor is such a cool concept and a fun idea. I just wish we would have skipped the food and been able to try more of the activities around the room.

I'm not an avid bowler but I truly enjoyed my time at Bowlmor. They have a great summer deal where you can get three games with shoe rental until September 4th each day. Bowlmor is a super fun bowling place and they also have good food and a good atmosphere.

Yes, there are several lanes, but they have a full bar, bocce courts, giant jenga, ping pong. I was there as part of a group event and when I checked in with my own shoes and ball, they told me it may be best to not use my own bowling ball. Their system seems to have issues with the custom balls getting stuck. What?
Bright spot of the night was my server Ashley. She knew the menu forwards and backwards and could rattle off all the items on tap and knew what they were like. Never had to wait on anything while she was around. Others in the group had to wait 15-40 minutes for their drinks as their server couldn't remember to get anything turned in or what his people ordered.

Okay, bowling is fine but charging by game is getting kind of antiquated. Newer places usually will charge by the lane for the time regardless of how quick/slow you bowl. The food is okay, it's a bowling alley not a fine dinning establishment. Service was not good though, waitress was extremely slow to come around, and when she did she had no personality at all. I dont know if it's always slow, but the place was empty and we waited Luke 15 minutes for them to set us up on the lane. After they did, they didn't do it right and we couldn't bowl until they fixed some things up at the front. Paying at the end was also a waste of another 15 minutes as you wait in the same line as the people checking in (another reason why paying for time works more efficiently). Lastly, avoid the games and points for prizes nonsense. Two reasons, one it's very confusing doe kids for some reason beyond my comprehension $1 equals 20 credits. That means if you give your kids $5 to play the games they have 100 credits and hve to figure out how many games they play when they range from 30 credits to 80 per game. Why not keep credits equal to a denomination they are more familiar with rather than nickels...never heard of quarters. More importantly, the prizes are redeemed through a vending machine. There is only 1 machine for the entire place, so your waiting for all kids to use this machine which takes forever to get POS prizes. They aren't even really sure what they are picking and $20 in points gets you nothing as the selection is extremely limited. Skip that part all together and just bowl.

The atmosphere is great for family and friends this place could even be a great place for business. I enjoyed playing pool, the staff there was more than helpful. The staff was more than eager to make sure your visit wouldn't be your last.

We went bowling with a group of friends, so we had a great time, but the checkout process took forever and service in general was not great. Drinks took a long time to arrive. Food was decent.
