This is the worst store. It's just a store with cheap rental fees.
It seems to be a family business, and it's run by one elderly man and woman and one middle-aged man.
The customer service is just terrible.
Especially the middle-aged man. I don't know if he's irritated because he's busy, but his facial expressions and movements all show his irritation. He treats the rental items roughly.
He's especially irritable towards women and children. If a customer is standing in his path and he can't move the way he wants, he clicks his tongue and acts as if to say, "Get out of the way."
If a customer's child is near the workbench, he yells at the child.
An elderly woman seems to be mainly in charge of rental reception and the cash register, but she is also arrogant and has a bad customer service attitude.
Moreover, you can't pay by card these days, and payment is only in cash.
I think it's terrible that he gets irritated because he's busy and takes it out on customers.
If you don't like being busy, you should just quit a store that sells cheap rental fees.

草津温泉には一年を通じ、四季折々の楽しみ方があり良いところです。「草津よいとこ、一度はおいで～」♪です。ここ「西楽園」は”夏は釣り堀”・”冬はレンタルスキー”屋さんです。スキー道具が三点セットで2500円/日でした、安かったですよ。

岩魚、ニジマスが釣れます。3匹、5匹でいくらといったかたちでした。釣った魚は塩焼き、唐揚げにしてくれます。断然唐揚げをお勧めします。頭から全て食べられます。もう一度食べたらやみつきになります。
草津スキー場の手前の第3駐車場のはす向かいです。店の前にも3-4台駐車できます。
子供は釣りで大喜び。しっかりといただきましょう。
