Excelente lugar p meditar e praticar yoga. Gostei muito de receber a energia deeksha segundas-feiras à noite, traz muita clareza mental e paz interior. Tem yoga p quem gosta de relaxar e tb p quem gosta de suar. Participei de eventos lindos sobre a cultura indiana nesse espaço.

Estúdio com vários tipos de práticas de Yoga. A minha preferida é a Asthanga yoga. Os professores são excelentes . O lugar é uma delícia e muito acolhedor bem no centro de Buzios na Rua das Pedras..

Best yoga studio!!!!

Um oásis no meio da rua das pedras. Lindo, aconchegante, com professores excelentes. Passei minhas férias de janeiro e pratiquei todos os dias com a professora Adriana que realmente me proporcionou aulas incríveis e cotidiana inspiração para minha prática.

Uma delícia fazer uma aula de yoga e depois caminhar pela Orla Brigid Bardot enquanto Búzios amanhece.

Best yoga place ever!

What to say about a magical place with magical beings?
Thats how I feel every time I'm there.
Adriana and Afonso are amazing Yoga instructors, very loving souls, they are created a perfect environment for daily practices.
If you are around searching somewhere to relax, renew your energies... Go to Om Surya Yoga and feel the touch of the universe through love and respect in every sense.

best place to practice yoga in Buzios

Located at the most important street in Buzios, Rua das Pedras, OM SURYA YOGA is a terrific place to forget external life a little bit and focus your attention on the inside. I did a COUPLE class with my boyfriend, led by teacher Afonso and it was incredible. It´s a magnificent way to connect to your partner, so I recommend it if you´re on a honeymoon or if you need to reconnect to somebody you love! Teacher Adriana is excellent too. They offer some meditation classes too and eventually they have some saturday classes at the pier, on the beach, as well. Can you imagine the peace this can bring to your soul?

Amazing yoga class

As a relatively new yoga student, my experience was fantastic at this studio in Buzios. I've had yoga classes previously but this far exceeded expectations; I have never felt so looked after as I felt practicing with Adriana and Afonso. They genuinely care for the students and are not just going through the motions, the classes are very immersive. I totally recommend other people to experience a yoga class there.
