Very beautiful and you can go sandboarding, R$35 for 1 hour. You think it's a short time, but it's really tiring and it's totally worth it.
There is always someone there to take photos/videos and the end result is really cool.

The place is really cool, but there are many risks in the adventure that are not mentioned when renting the board.
On one of the descents on the standing board I picked up too much speed, one of my feet came off the board and I ended up breaking my femur.
A pain and a horrible and scary recovery process that I don't wish on anyone.
I heard a lot of stories at the hospital about people who had bad accidents there, who had already broken their necks, their coccyx and none of that was even mentioned.
Nobody watches us while we are descending the dunes.
Furthermore, the reference hospital for this type of fracture is 30 minutes from the Dunes, so if it is something very serious there is a risk of dying on the way or waiting for rescue.

Excellent experience. It charges 35 reais an hour, but we went in low season and the weather was not controlled. You can descend by skibunda or standing up. You can alternate the type of board you would like to use and have both experiences.

Beautiful place!! It's really worth going! Take the opportunity to rent a board to do sandboarding or "skibunda".
There isn't much infrastructure, you park your car in front and if you want to go to the bathroom you have to pay R$5.00 to use a space that the local people created for this purpose.

It's very worth it. In low season, sandboard rental costs 30.00/hour. Guaranteed fun.

Definitively a place to go. We went in the afternoon, amazing sunset. The view is great. Rent the board. Unforgettable event. Kids are going to enjoy and won't forget this time ever.

Como chego até as dunas? Pela praia? Dá pra ir de carro? Estacionamento? Obrigado

Da pra ir de carro sim, chega pela estrada principal que leva a praia da Joaquina, estacionamento tem um ou dois próximos, mas pode deixar na frente das dunas, o problema é achar vaga.

Creo recordar que alquilar la tabla me costo 50 reales la hora. Muy divertido pero son agotadoras las subidas por lo quw con media hora tienes bastante. Después es maravilloso darse un baño en la playa cercana. A mi me llevaron en coche, no sé otro medio de llegar.
